It was very clean and comfortable. Felt safe in the area.
Best hotel in Gainesville Ga. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, and it’s in a great location.
The room was clean and the hotel seems to be recently remodeled. Due to the virus concerns, housekeeping did not come into our rooms during our stay; we left towels outside our door and they were replaced immediately. The breakfast was take and go, bag it yourself, and was sufficient. The property is in a good location, driving distance to state parks and Gibbs Gardens in Ball Ground. It was a little bit noisy at night but overall we had a pleasant stay (we were there 3 nights) and would stay there again. The only thing we didn't like was there was no HBO or Netflix! But we were outside all day hiking anyway so that wasn't such a big deal.
I very much appreciated the layout of the room, the size of the room and the features of tables, plugins, bathroom pullout drawers. Whether I was there for business or personal, I would find this room a pleasant experience.
It was easy to get into and out of parking lot to main road.
Great place to stay while traveling. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.
Room was very tired and furniture chipped and old. Carpet was sticky and unpleasant to walk on. Bathroom had cigarette burns everywhere. This was in a Hilton Rewards room!! Public area was also dirty and not fresh. Complete opposite from the Hampton Inn in Gainesville Florida town center where we stayed the night before. Homeless person on the computer in the lobby, who smelled very bad, adjacent to the breakfast area.
The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too.
The free breakfast is very good. Great location and accesibilty. The room was comfortable (2 queen beds).
We enjoyed relaxing in our clean, comfortable room with no outside noises to detract. The breakfast offered something for everyone and the food was fresh and tasty. Having a refrigerator in the room was most appreciated. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Internet available, great continental breakfast including Eggs, WAffels, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, apples, bananas. There was a tournament for teenagers going on and the place was very quiet.
Came into hotel extremely late due to UGA game. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint is the alleged non smoking room smelled of stale cigarette smoke and had an ash tray in the bathroom.
This was a quick overnight trip for me. The location of the hotel was a very noisy area of town at night. (sirens, fire trucks and other traffic) the hotel was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable.
