I needed a room on short notice, and found America's best value inn to be perfect for my application. If you're looking for an comfortable stay without breaking your budget, ABVI is just what you need

Hotel parking not the best. Overall room was ok. Served the purpose.

Well, the title covers almost all. The price is good though. Although the front desk refused to provide receipt

bathroom overflowed and didnt mop the dirty water up.. on use a rag and didnt take them with him

Most friendly staff I have dealt with at a hotel in years! Bed was not very comfortable, but it was clean. Check in was quick. Coffee was good, but not much else for breakfast. The friendly staff dug a plastic spoon out from behind the desk so we could eat cereal out of the van. Good value- would stay here again.

Friendly staff, very comfortable bed, clean room. Great value.

My son and I were in Gainesville for a soccer tournament. The room was fine for the one night we needed. We just needed to eat, sleep, and shower. My only issue was the dirty sofa in the room. Of course we didn't sit on it but otherwise, we were comfortable. It served its purpose for our overnight stay.

The purpose of my trip was due to an interview I had in Gainesville, GA. I arrived at Gainesville approximately at 8:00 p.m., the night before my interview. My husband and I found the hotel and checked-in and got our room key from the front desk. We immediately left the hotel to go find the location of my interview the following morning; I wanted to find the location before it became dark. When we returned to the hotel to finally go in our room for the first time, we had a surprise in store. Upon entering the room, all the lights were on, the television was on, and the bed was not made. My husband checked the room to make sure no one was inside. After checking no one was there, I immediately called the front desk. At this point [...]was covering the front desk. I told him in what condition we had found the room. He was immediately rude, not willing to listen. He said that we had checked in earlier and we had turned all the lights and t.v. on; I explained to him we had simply gotten our key and left the hotel after we checked in. He again, refused to listen to me. I told him I wanted another room. He said, "Let me see what I can do, I will be up in a few minutes." My husband and I waited for about ten minutes and no one came. So finally, we decide to go back down to the front desk. [...]was just sitting and immediately said, "I was about to go up there." Again, I explained to him the room situation and once again he insisted we had turned everything on. He had a very smart attitude towards me and simply would not allow me to speak. I told him we were just going to go somewhere else. He became even more rude and began to yell, throwing his hands up in the air, "fine, fine go somewhere else." I told him I did not appreciate his attitude and he became furious! He began to YELL at me, "get out of my property, get out of here, get out of my property!" I could not believe that he blew things out of proportion. I was schocked at the way he was treating me. I do not recommend this hotel at all. I truly believe in customer service and Walter would not even let me explain myself. His attitude was uncalled for and I felt threatened by him when he began to yell at me. He was by far the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I will never again do business with this hotel in Gainesville or any other location. [...]ruined not only my night but my husband and I had to find another hotel in Gainesville. He caused us a great inconvenience and a headache.

The room was clean and looked nice. I could smell smoke from the next room sometimes. But the outside of the motel looked really bad. Was kinda scared when I drove up. But like I said. The room was clean..

When I booked [...], the room description said a king size bed with a couch. However, they gave me a queen size bed and no couch. The room was also supposed to be non-smoking and a sign a sign stating it was, but I could smell smoke. Had a been staying in the room longer, I would've requested another room. The hotel staff wasn't very friendly. The morning of checking out they kept trying to come in and clean my room and the office called twice and when I answered said "sorry it's the front desk". It was very annoying and I felt rushed. The front should know that I was still in there because I hadn't checked out yet. I probably won't stay at that hotel again.

a nice, clean hotel with nice service. However its not on the best part of town.WiFi didn't work very well but the clerk was very up front about the problem.

old furniture and poor maintenance

After the initial fairly unfriendly checkin was completed, the remaining four days in the motel were OK. The room was clean and the location convenient.

friendly desk clerk . it was what i expected decent location and no extra frills.

The staff was not present often

While this motel didn't have all of the amenities that many have, they did provide the basic essentials. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the check-in staff. The room was of sufficient size to accomidate two men who were traveling together. There were ample eating establishments, both fast food, buffet and a sit down resturant within comfortable walking distance. Good value for the money.
