Very easy access to train and bus stations lot of food and shopping around the corner. Nothing that i don't like. Don't worry if you take the last train back to your hotel us only less then 5 mim walk to your hotel and is very safe to walk.

This hotel is really close to Hakata station and extremely convenient. The staff are also very helpful. Some of the rooms are a little older, but it is clean and offers a variety of room styles. It was perfect for our trip as we had 5 people we needed to fit into our room, and we were able to get a tatami-style room which fit us comfortably. There aren't that many electrical outlets, so it is recommended to bring an adapter or extension cable if needed.

Location is perfect

Room was ok. Only a bit old and dated. Location is perfect as it is so near the hakata station. Did not really utilize the amenities as it was just a night and an early check out. We could go straight to our room when we checked in at 2 something. Receptionist was friendly and could speak English. She booked a taxi for us to the airport and the taxi was waiting for us when we came down to the lobby.

The room I've booked was tiny! Booked a twin bedroom. As mentioned it was a twin bedroom. No closet No place to open my bag. Called front desk and they were able to change my toom to the extra twin bedroom with a charge. And i loved my new room. It was spacious, a closet, luggage rack, coffee table with 2 chairs, twin beds, enormous bathroom, 2 windows with a view. Even though the breakfast meal coupon can be used in any restaurants (there were 3 restaurants at this hotel), we had the buffet option. It was delicious. Hotel front desk and cleaning staff were very nice and always greets you whenever they see you. Hotel location is superb; a huge shopping mall is behind the hotel, hakata train and bus station also behind the hotel, restaurants are everywhere... I do recommend this hotel, but personally I rather stay at the new hakata green annex hotel, which is located just across the hotel.

very close to the Hakata station, a Family Mart right across and numerous restaurants around the area. Shopping centres are right by the Hotel so everything is quite accessible via walking. it is great if travel on a budget and just wish to have a room to stay the night

The hotel is basically right next to Hakata Station making transport around the city super convenient. The facilities are a bit on the older side, but still well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit small, but still comfortable. Being next to the station, you can hear the trains passing by regularly. With the window closed however, it wasn't too loud. Overall a great value in an excellent location.

While booking the room it showed free brake fast for one person included in the price’ once checked out and paid the hotel’ got a booking that brake fast is not included’ so have to be careful while booking’ it will show the price with and without brakefast’ without brake fast the price is lower then with the brake fast’ so just book without brake fast and then pay at the property’ like this you won’t pay twice for the brake fast’ other then that hotel is nice’ small room though but convenient’ near the train station’
