チェックイン後、暗証番号を入力しても部屋のドアが開かなかったので、タブレットのヘルプボタンで問合せました。入口の自動ドアから他の宿泊者が出入りしている中、名前、部屋番号を口頭で言わされました。暗証番号は口に出したくなかったので、スマホ画面をカメラに映しましたが、大声で暗証番号を複唱されました。ホテル業として常識が無さすぎると思いました。安全ではないホテルなので、皆様も利用しない方が良いと思います。
