Spacious Clean up to date bathroom /tub showerLots of white fluffy bath towels Poor air circulation require new fans to move cool air from dining room into bedrooms through kitchen and into bedrooms Require new mattresses in both bedrooms Update bed linens and new pillows to reflect the daily cost Kitchen was clean and well appointed Welcome gift would be a nice touch Quality Beds are so important for a top rating Pet hair white curly hair needs to be removed from the area rug in the living room Sofa and chairs need to be steam cleaned to remove stains from previous tenant Nice location but very expensive daily rate for the quality and size of beds Very dark rooms compared to the brightly lit pictures - light fixtures in rooms create gloomy interior at night Front entrance was as in pictures with lots of natural light

Cute spot!

My friend and I both enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood was quiet and in a nice central location. There were a couple little details we noticed about some general tidying that was missed but overall a clean and very comfortable space. Our dogs also enjoyed the space and the small yard in the back!

2 days in Fredericton

This was a very comfortable, enjoyable place to stay. The living area and kitchen were especially nice, as was the enclosed front porch! My only suggestion would be adding a table/small dresser to the front bedroom which was a bit small for 2 adults with their travel items. Sleeping was fine but if the room could have some shelving, a small dresser, etc., that would help with clothing and other items.

Very well put together apartment in an ideal location in fredericton for exploring by foot. We walked to the farmers market and you are walking dustance to everything downtown but also odell park and wilmot park.

Great Location

Cute and cozy

It was our first time in Fredericton and we picked the perfect accommodations! The photos were exactly what the apartment looks like – cozy, charming, clean with some nice personal décor touches. We were able to walk to shopping, restaurants and the local Saturday farmer’s market, all of which are very close. Excellent parking on a nice residential street – and the owners were very responsive to our questions. We hope to be back to Fredericton soon and we will definitely book here again – we have already been recommending it to friends!

Another great stay

We have had to return to Fredericton several times over the last six months due to some family maters. Staying in this spacious apartment which is perfectly situated close to DT made our stay much, much easier. This was our third stay at this particular VRBO.

Convenience plus comfort

This was our second stay in this apartment and the location is perfect and the apartment itself is spacious and comfortable. Ideal for most visits to Fredericton. We stayed over 5 days each time. For those traveling with an EV there is a charge station 500m away at the end of Saunders street.

Enjoyable stay while in "Freddy"

Overall, this sweet little apartment was just what we (3 adults) needed for our few days in Fredericton. It was local, clean, and easy to feel at home (while away from home). You will find the place as it is stated in the write-up description/photos. We would be happy to stay here again. Communication was easy and replies were very promt.
