This hotel is economical. So you get what you pay for. Rooms are small even for Europe standards. Breakfast are was full of flies both days we were there. While the shuttle picks you up in front of hotel, the drop off at the hotel is block away. So f you use the shuttles when you come from the airport to check in at hotel you will have to walk a block with suitcases and all.

Second time here. Try to book early as prices go up massively on the day. Breakfast just average . Juice misters empty . No hot breakfast (like bacon but they do have boiled eggs ) bus service once an hour to and from airport but bear in mind it’s not 24 hours . The morning last airport run is 10.50 am i think so you cant stay longer if flight is later in the afternoon . Overall comfy beds and nice and clean. Also bus from the airport stops about 10.40pm i think

I dropped my Avis rental car at the Airport and was told that the shuttle could bring me back to the hotel at 22.30 I waited in the sweltering heat and waited and waited. Nothing. I called the hotel 2 times and was told that the bus was a bit delayed. When I called the 3rd time at 11.00 the Front Desk person told me that the bus was not back at the hotel which meant the the bus was still in route. I finally took a Taxi for 25.00 Euros which dropped me of at the Platzhirsch. I told the driver that it was the wrong hotel but he insisted that the address was correct and he drove off anyway. The Front Desk was nice enough to call me another cab which dropped me off at the Sleep Hotel after paying him another 8 Euros. He told me that this happens a lot as taxi drivers want to make a quick return to the airport to pick up another ride that pays more by going into Frankfurt downtown. He also told me the after 21.00 Uhr the hotel shuttle never shows and they face similar situations like mine all the time. When I called the Sleep Hotel Desk the third time I was told that he has NO WAY to contact the driver of the shuttle to find out his position or ETA. This is hard to believe in times of cellphones. The Hotel was nice but the shuttle situation ruined our stay completely.

AC dont work

AC didn't work. Hotel staff came to check it out and they said yah they all don't work and everyone is complaining. If they fixed the AC the hotel would be perfect. Just really frustrating in the middle of summer booking this room becuase of the AC to not have it work it really dissappointing.

Cons: Brutalist decor. Bare, gray, concrete walls & ceiling. No door or curtain on the shower. Bed & blanket was so-so. Painfully, painfully slow wifi UNLESS you sign up for the H Rewards program, and then it is fast as usual at a hotel. Pros: Immaculate. Quiet. TV.

I really have not enjoyed my stay. I will NEVER use this hotel again. I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle. The shuttle only runs sporadically during the day. So I ended having yo pay for a taxi just to get to the hotel. Then they charged me a 15 euro fee to check in early!!! The rooms had no accommodation such as a microwave or fridge. The walls and ceilings were straight dirty concert as if the hotel remodel hadn’t finished. The shower only has half of a door which resulted in the bathroom being soaked. This just went from bad to worst. I do not recommend this hotel at all!

Everything was good. The night staff was very service minded and helped us get breakfast before opening time due to that our flight left so early. We are due to that very pleased with our stay and will come back. It is very good to have the free airport transfer also.

I think the hotel was advertised as having a restaurant, but not really. All you could get was pizza. I thought they had put me in an unfinished room… concrete ceiling, and one concrete wall. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is not near the airport, and there really is only one restaurant within walking distance. The location is in an industrial type of area.

Nice rooms BUT SHUTTLE TIMES are BAD

The rooms were clean and had a good size. Breakfast was also good. Only down side was the shuttle times. I had to leave around noon, at the checkout time anyway, but the first shuttle for that noon/afternoon was after 16:00. I had to take a taxi to the airport which was another 20€.. The last shuttle for that morning was 10:39 and the next one is 16:09. Thats not worthy of a Airport Hotel and you should have that info while you book the hotel, not find out when you check in and alrady booked and paid for the hotel.
