A cute and cosy place, feels quite homey. Staff was very nice and accommodating. All in all, it has everything you'd need. Only 20 minutes walk from the Hauptbanhof and 30 mins from the city centre, so easily walkable.
I am a fan of the NH Hotel chain, and the room was nice and up to standard for the chain. Management staff where fantastic, very good customer service and attentive. Cleaning staff was terrible, and untrustworthy. If you need a decent place to stay while attending the Messe, it is a fantastic location, only a short 8-10 min walk. Basic reception with limited hours. No elevator.
this hotel came out better than I expected! very big room, comfortable bed. all new and renovated. good breakfast, basic but for every taste. The only disadvantage was very noisy air conditioning, it made really a lot of noise even when i turned it off. but this is minor thing, I would stay again when I return to Frankfurt. price and quality relation is excellent.
We stayed here for three nights whilst visiting Frankfurt for the annual Christmas Market. The hotel is very clean, modern and well looked after with very help, english speaking staff. The room was spacious and very good value for money. We have a shared balcony from our room which was lovely. We slept very well in the comfy beds and were pleased to find that tea and coffee refreshments and toiletries were refilled each day. Top service. It’s conveniently located on a tram stop. The only downside is that there isn’t a lift so if you struggle with stairs, request a lower room. We found three flights quite difficult after a day walking round the town!
I was overall pleased by the hotel itself and the hotel stuff. Breakfast was delicious, rooms clean. Hotel placement was very appropriate for us due to the Hametextile exhibition, which we came to visit.
We stayed two nights at the NH Frankfurt Villa while spending a weekend in Frankfurt. Location: excellent, 20 minutes on foot from the central station, around the same from the city center, 5 minutes to the Frankfurter Messe. Room: fairly big, clean, well structured. Room rate: excellent weekend rate. Staff: helpful and friendly. Breakfast: we did not have it at the hotel but there are a couple of breakfast restaurants in the streets around the hotel. Maybe less "modern" than other NH hotels where I stayed but perfect for a weekend. We really appreciated the late check-out at 3pm on Sunday.
This was a low cost option for us when there was limited availability in Frankfurt. Nice, but nothing fancy. Basic breakfast in the morning...but get up early, once it's gone, it's gone. I liked the espresso machine. I didn't attend the reception in the evening. The hotel seems to be an old apartment building that was turned into a hotel. There is no elevator, so be prepared. Hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the U, S, and tram.
I stayed in this hotel for business, during an important fair that happened on Frankfurt Messe. the hotel is very close to the city center and few minutes walking to the messe. The hotel is very small, but very cosy. The rooms have plenty of space, modern. Even in the city center, it is a very relaxing area, that provides a sensation that you are in a small village. Staff was very nice, sympathic and available for everything you need. I stayed on the 3rd floor, but there is no lift, which can be very tired if you have heavy luggage. Breakfast was sufficient, but here I were expecting a little bit more.
Three days seminar and decided to stay at a cheaper location around the corner.... Easy to find and east to walk from tram to hotel the location was very good. The room was clean and beds okay. I did not choose incl breakfast but I took it the first morning - tooo expensive . Have the price would be okay but not €17!! No real German specialties just standard! Understand that the costs are high but food in Germany is and should be cheap. Service was very very friendly.
Pros: 1- the room is very clean. 2- the room is spacious. 3- all the facilities in the room are working perfectly. the balcony door can be open so you can refresh the room's air. 4- there are some public free parking nearby. you can always use the hotel parking with around 4 € a day. 5- the staff is very friendly. Cons: 1- It took around 40 min to go to the Zeil by walking. 2- It does not have an elevator.
