Great Hotel and not that big

Very good and by the large, personal hotel. Rooms are good and cozy and great for 3 stars. Breakfast due to Covid-19 only at the table, but very good.

Nice gem of a hotel

Was in Frankfurt for a conference at Messe Frankfurt. The hotel is right across the street and was easy to get to. It has good access to public transportation and there are a few places to eat that are close. I would definitely stay here again for another show. The one issue was that the wifi, while free, was slower than normal. It is 2019 - fast free wifi should be included with any hotel room.

Great value for money

Rooms are very comfortable, staff very friendly, WiFi very good. Short walk to restaurants and cafes. Only downside is no real lobby or common area. Not a huge deal, but it feels less inviting when you arrive. The rooms are nice, modern, clean, comfortable.

Last night of the trip in GE

Very rude receptionist and employee. Moved my stuff from my room to another room without informing me. Bags open. Camera bags open, personal clothes bags open, personal towel for my son lying on the hallway carpet. My 5D mark II is unattended infront of the room in the hall way. Underwear bags open. I have never been intruded like this. Obviously the guy in charge did not even think this is a major problem. He also thinks the carpet is clean so the towels, undies are ok to touch the ground and still considered clean. I am so offended and I couldn’t get him to understand that intrusion to my privacy is not something of an upgraded room can offset. The morning shift girl saw my bad reviews and tried to apologize. But, the night was over with some bad experiences. Life carries on. My trip to GE ended.

Great location, excellent cleanliness, very friendly staff, we had no noise trouble during our stay, and the complimentary breakfast was especially nice. On the other hand, there was no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage could be difficult.

I left five blocks of chocolate on my bed and the cleaning staff took them. Reception weren't really apologictic, didn't offer to give me the money for the chocolate. Was offered free coffee or tea. We don't drink coffee or tea. It's a shame we can't buy that chocolate at home and no shops are open on Sunday.

Excellent location, but 2 Star at most

I am a fan of the NH Hotel chain, and the room was nice and up to standard for the chain. Management staff where fantastic, very good customer service and attentive. Cleaning staff was terrible, and untrustworthy. If you need a decent place to stay while attending the Messe, it is a fantastic location, only a short 8-10 min walk. Basic reception with limited hours. No elevator.

Great stay!

Stayed here for 3 days. The hotel was as pictured. The room was spacious, bigger than most budget European hotels, and clean. There were no extra or hidden fees upon check-in and the staff was very polite and helpful. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. Two blocks over, you'll find a main road with plenty of restaurants. It's also in walking distance to the mall.

Fair priced accomodation close to the Marriott

Very good for the price I paid and everything worked. The NHFV is a short walk from a tram stop, which also takes you to a metro stop, and is quiet and with helpful staff. There is no bar or restaurant however a good buffet breakfast is available with hot and cold food, and Ioved the 5pm " lazy day " checkout time on Sunday. Decent sized car park although you cant pre-book a place. Free wifi worked well enough for email etc but you would need a higher speed ( available , but for a fee ) to download videos or games. Limited range of TV channels, but two are in English.

No real complaints. Everything is functional, but the condition of the hotel is mixed. Good breakfast, worn carpets, odd configuration where the of main staircase leads to an exit door that you can't use, and you have to walk around to the hotel to the car park to get in.
