Great location, 10 min walk from FRA arrivals. There is a metro station within a few mins walk, one stop to the Eintracht Frankfurt stadium and a further three stops to the city centre. There are plenty of convenience stores and cafés nearby too. The rooms are well furnished, clean and warm.

Just perfect for what was needed. Very polite and friendly staff. It's very clean and well kept and the security is very tight, needing a pass number to enter or exit. Rooms are a decent size with a well equipped kitchen area. It's also right next to the supermarket and a 5 minute walk to the metro station. All in all, very happy I chose to stay here.

Great place to stay within a 15 minute walk to Terminal 2. Just as pictured, very clean and steps away from groceries, restaurants and a bakery. Fully equipped kitchen! It is a great modern place to stay with a family 2 minutes away( by S8 or S9 surburbian trains) from Frankfurt airport and big railway station (Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbahnhof) REWE is 1 min away and Italian restaurant is in the building. You need to get access code to the front door of the building and your apartment room beforehand by email.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The floor had not been washed correctly: after my shower, I placed a white towel on the floor to wipe up the water, and it came back completely black. There were feces under the toilet bowl, the shower head was not descaled and covered in limescale, and to make matters worse, I even found a hair in the sink. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this room at all and strongly advise against staying at this establishment. In addition, I contacted the hotel by phone, and they did not even apologize nor offer any commercial gesture

Excellent for those who want to have a long stay in Frankfurt or family with kids as kitchen equipped with all you need even the pot! (I took pictures to show it’s real!). Supermarket nearby. Walking distance to the airport approx 10-15 mins with convenient public transportation (there was a bus stop nearby). Very modern, clean, good security features, & keyless. Make sure when making reservation to give your email as the access code to the property will be sent to your email. The down sides are no staff around, and if you don’t have phone roaming or wifi, you will have hard time to reach out the property staff. Luckily my friend was with me so he could help contacting the property. As I stayed in summer, there was no a/c so it’s hot for me to sleep😬. I stayed only one night so it’s ok.

Access processes communication should be improved

I received an email without start & comfort codes. I takes me about 1-hour to get into my apartment. It is also very inconvenience and expensive for a foreigner to make an emergency call. It will be charged as international phone call. The whole activation/access processes should be reviewed and improved.

I stayed at ipartments near Frankfurt Airport and was pleasantly surprised by the convenience and setup. The location is excellent — you can walk from the airport if you’re traveling light (I did), but honestly, an Uber is easier. There’s a Rewe supermarket right next door, which makes stocking up super convenient. Once you understand the self-check-in system, it’s smooth and efficient. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, including a fully functional kitchen, which is great for longer stays. Note: the hallway leading to the room looked like a construction site during my stay, which was a bit off-putting, but the room was perfectly fine once inside. A few things to be aware of: • No air conditioning, so in summer you’ll likely need to sleep with the window open — and that means plane and traffic noise can be an issue. • The bathroom has no shelf or ledge in the shower, which makes storing even basic items like soap and shampoo a bit tricky. That said, it’s an ideal location for airport travelers, and there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance. A ride to downtown Frankfurt is about 20–30 minutes and around €30 one way. Overall, a great self-service option with thoughtful amenities — just be aware of the heat and noise in summer.

Not that great in my occasion.

The property was clean Negatives: Communication was not great. I was told by an email that I will get my access code 24 hours before checkin. I reached 45 mins before the checkin and there was no code. Called the hotel and got told that the code will be sent to you after 15.00. Got the code at 15.40. I had to sit outside for an hour in the heat. Because the weather was exceptionally hot I was expecting to have taller some way of cooling. There was no fan and no AC in the room. It was a very bad night from a sleep perspective. There is a window/door you can open but it falls in the Main Street side to got too noisy. And there are no curtains so if you wanted the door open you had to turn off the lights while the blinds allow air in. Personally I had a poor experience.
