Small, tiny hotel that has a great location, directly across the street from a Fabulous Italian restaurant. This is a small hotel, so don't expect miracles, but it is clean, and nice for the price. I will definitely return.

First of all, Frankfurt is a great City to visit. However, there is only one positive reason to stay in this hotel and that is its location. The room was small, the double bed was two single beds pushed together, the carpet was stained and the pillows were the most uncomfortable I have every experienced in a hotel. The place simply felt cheap. I certainly wouldn't want to bring my parents or partner here. Above all, the reception staff were cold, disinterested and on one occasion downright rude. Definitely not recommended.

This hotel has a great location, directly in the middle of the shopping area. It is basic but very nice, the room is big and had useful extra amenities (hair dryer, kettle, etc.). Everything was quite clean. No breakfast, but Starbucks is two stores down. Also right near a major metro stop that takes you to the main rail station in about ten minutes. We were going to a concert at Gibson and this place was perfect, a four minute walk away. A note about a previous review: I too was told that the credit card machine wasn’t working and I need to pay cash (which in my view, is unacceptable). But then when he saw my card he said “oh, Visa is OK...”. I guess if you’re there, question the. I credit card rule?

The hotel is extremely centrally located, not a fancy but a very basic hotel & decent value for money. Personally, the first impression is left by the staff who greets you when you arrive, I was greeted by a poker face gentleman. Being in the hospitality industry it's appalling how one can have this no-smile attitude at the reception of the hotel. To make matters worst, whilst checking-in, I was informed their credit-card machine wasn't operating & would have to pay by cash. I,probably, can give benefit of doubt on the card machine but the man had no remorse n shrugged & totally half-heartedly sorry. This said receptionist particularly interested me coz he seemed to be working out of force & was not interested in the job at all. Of all the 5 days I stayed there were at least 4 ppl I came across at the reception with only 1 girl being polite n friendly.

This is right smack in the middle of a shopping area so completely surrounded with shops and restaurants. I arrived way too early for check in at 7am and of course wasn’t allowed to do early check in, after several tries to politely have me check in with 2 other staff, the blonde young receptionist (I’m sorry I forgot to get his name) was kind enough to allow me at 10:30am. Same guy also allowed me to do a late check out as I had to wait 10hrs for my flight despite telling me by the other staff that check out was 11am. All in all it’s cozy and very central. Safe area too.

The location is perfect, few steps from the train station, close to a shopping area and a lot of restaurants nearby. Also, short walk to the historic part of Frankfurt. The staff is not as friendly as other hotels that I have been, but nothing that compromises the experience. The room was very good and no any issues, bathroom very good. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast but there is a Starbucks and a bakery house next to the hotel.

Hotel vey well located, in the heart of the city, Downtown, close to Zeil/shopping avenue and Konstablerwache area. You can reach it by train/metro from airport (S8 or S9). Other transportations are available around such as trams and bus. Rooms are ok, clean but there is no AC, sort of fan installed instead and if you open the window you'll be facing the street noise. Bathroom is correctly equipped: amenities and hairdryer. The hotel has no breakfast service, however there's a Starbuck's down the street and many other coffee shops. The front desk staff is not that friendly, but bearable for a short stay. You can let your luggage at the reception if your flight departs late but it won't be stored in a closed space. They will stand on the floor under stairs.

Clean and neat hotel with free wi-fi but you have to charge for breakfast .the best part is the location which is near 2 main metro station and at the heart of ziel you never get bored here ,i payed 80€ per night

IT is what it is advertised. Basic hotel but clean and even though missing some of those extras it suits the short stay or budget traveller. Don't forget the Tourist Tax is extra when paying and that has to be paid in the local currency in cash...just a fair warning. It is extra to the room charge.

This hotel is about location, location, location. A 3 min walk to the U-Bhan as well as Zeil street which is great for shopping. A welcoming reception with a beautiful Chandelier , and a lift. Andreas at reception was helpful and friendly the other staff not so much. I think they need a little training on local attractions and to learn a little more English. The room its self is large and spacious, the furniture adequate, bed comfy . Bathroom well appointed and new. The carpets were vert old , dirty and stained, they need to be taken out. There was a fridge and a kettle in the room. No cups, mugs, spoons or anything else, so I did wonder why put a kettle in the room? It was very hot and my fan was broken, I did advise reception and a new one was replaced but a day after my request. Not too much noise from traffic but alot of noise at 5:30am, I think it was rubbish collection or something of the such but happened every morning for 4 mornings in a row. This hotel could really be something if a little love and care was put into it. Carpets, mugs, tea/coffee, and a little colour would make a world of difference.
