The picture represents a front desk reception, when in reality there is no desk. We were struggling to get room access because the self check in website was rejecting my passport number. Fortunately an attendant soon showed up and got us access to the room. Things were fine after that. I specifically book hotels and not aparthotels because there is a reception during normal check-in hours.

Both the room and the reception do not match the pictures online, which we did not expect. There is a smell in the room that made me feel sick, should be compensated for the stay. Cleaning could be better. The entrance door to the reception should be locked since it is unattended and the hotel is located in the middle of the city center. I think the price is expensive compared to the hotel standard. Website should be updated with today's standard and not several years old.

This is possibly the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Please stay far, far away. Front desk was surly and unhelpful. Would not consider an early check-in, and observed that baggage left at the hotel was likely to be stolen. TV was broken. Fan was broken. Incredibly loud street noise going on to 2 am. One towel given for two occupants. All of these issues raised to the front desk staff who claimed helplessness. Gave us the email of the owner, whom I emailed. Nothing changed, over AN EIGHT DAY STAY. I have never experienced such a non-responsive hotel. This is more like a "pension" maybe one step up from a hostel, but the cost borders on a hotel. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Pay a little extra to stay in a better place.

Fine for the price

I chose this hotel because it said it had 24-hour airport shuttle available and luggage storage. When I arrived, the front desk clerk was very rude and said their luggage storage was full, no early check in was available, and there was no airport shuttle. I was very disappointed, as this was the main reason I chose this hotel. Luckily, he let me make room and store my bags while I left to wait until check in was available. The actual hotel was fine - good location and inexpensive, so it was nothing fancy, but not horrible either.

It was a one night stay only but it’s a clean and centric hotel that allow you to walk to some attractions near by. Spacious room but shower doors would work so you gotta be careful 1. Not so slip in the shower with the curtain they adapted and 2. Not to make a mess outside the shower because again it can get slippery. Bottom line … completely worth for the price.

Hotel location is plus and minus at the time. Located in the center of the city and walkable to many city interesting points, but at night square close to hotel is a point of meeting for a lot of people, so it becomes noisy. 24/7 shuttle to airport is exhaguration. It's a taxi service thay will cost you extra and not always available, even though we called in advance. Staff is friendly and allowed us to check in early. Room was clean and even had tea pot, microwave and toaster, which was very unusual.
