Super location in the city center. Large buffet breakfasts are prepared in Fleming’s Brasserie & Wine Bar. Guests can also relax in the outdoor Riva Sommerlounge, Metropolitan café, and Mainhattan Bar.
I stayed here for week and it was a pleasant stay. The hotel is located at less than minute walk from main station. You have a lot of eating options for takeaway at hardly 2 min walk and fine dining at walk of just 5 min. The rooms were clean and very well lit with natural light. The breakfast was ok but the only problem was that all items were same every morning with no changes. On a whole good place to stay.
We stayed here one night. The rooms are very small but adequate especially for overnight. Very conveniently located very near station - 1-2 mins walk. Breakfast was adequate. I found on checking in and checking out the staff kept talking to each other unrelated to our booking - this is very unwelcoming. They need to give their full attention to the people checking in. Good place for overnight stopover
We are a couple ( 2 Doctors from Cairo-Egypt ). The best location one could dream of, 3 minutes walk from Frankfort main central station. Room was of a very good size, clean and always kept clean. No complaint about the bath room what so ever. Staff was very friendly and helpful all over the hotel, especially Mr/ Brown iloho at the reception desk. Breakfast was so nice ( quality and quantity ), staff did all their best to satisfy all our requirements. Free transportation Pass will be given to you ( very helpful ). Air port is 12 minutes away from hotel by train. When we visit Frankfurt again, this hotel will be DEFINITELY our destination.
We booked this hotel as part of a package, after reading some previous reviews I was sceptical, how wrong I was we had a room on the top floor which was very spacious! The location was good (next to main train station) and everything was pretty much within a walking distance
Overall the reception and breakfast area look very nice and welcoming. The staff is very accomodating and friendly. The rooms are rather basic. Very long corridors to the individual rooms. Overall a good hotel for short night. Fair pricing.
The hotel was very clean and the staff very polite. The location, although near the train station is safe because it is in a central street. No drunk people around, no people sleeping in the street. Breakfast was great. Two things that I did not like: (a) The rooms were extremely small and (b) They do not have a small business centre, even one PC which guests can use, to check-in and print their boarding cards, for example.
My experience could be better if: - room size was bigger than it was in reality - fell more safety as the area was round the central train station and anybody having access & could go inside the lift and visit any floor (there was no security in the lift) - breakfast was tactically refilled: having hundreds of rooms, the stuff did their best but this was not enough: always something was missing - Late check out policy, was more fair to everyone (some guests pays for late check our, some of my friends had extra 2 hours late check out for free)
The hotel is clean and modern. Friendliness/helpfulness at the front desk is pretty much a roll of the dice. The free breakfast is good and offers plenty of choices, even if you're there for several days. My bathroom was stocked with liquid body wash, but no washcloths. That seems weird to me. The bed linen consisted of only one of those blanket inside of a sheet comforter kind of things. I personally don't like them, and the one on my bed was tiny. At best the size for a twin bed. Also, this hotel didn't get the memo that the bed should have four to six pillows. My bed had one very thin bed pillow and some kind of little throw pillow.
Air on wasn’t working whole weekend. Reception said that it won’t be fixed until Monday as maintenance not available over weekend. Minibar also very warm and drinks not cold. Asked reception but no respons
