İt's right next to Frankfurt train station. Public transportation available very close by. Room was nice, clean, bathroom is spacious and everything is working condition. Hotel staff friendly, helpful and respectful. We always stay in this hotel when we come to Frankfurt.

The room and facility were very clean and seemed recently renovated. The location is very convenient since the central train station is cross the street. Superb soundproof and i didnt hear anything in the room. Very nice and friendly staff. The train station is 24-7 so there are always people there and i never felt unsafe.

The room was commensurate with the cost. The self check in was certainly a problem. The employee kept telling me to put my name...after 5 attempts I was able to get their attention again and he said "oh I need to do something"..a few minutes later he came back and said to start over! The check in forms are longer than something you would see at a doctors office! I had already book and paid and why go thru these gymnastics. With the drug dealers outside the door and time needed to check in I would not recommend this hotel.

It was great being next to train stations. Staff was helpful. But the location was extremely sketchy. I a from a big city and expected some undesirable activity like any down town locations however this was so bad we refused to "hang out" at hotel. Used a extra day of train pass travel just so we didn't have to be at this location.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, we exited the train station at the wrong side and ended up touring the neighborhood. There are many homeless people and drug addicts lining the streets while we did not necessarily feel unsafe. It was shocking the electronic check-in process failed at the very last and we needed to ask someone for help. While we were waiting, we heard reports of dirty rooms and water leaks. The room itself was adequate with limited storage. It was relatively clean.

The actual hotel was great and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend if you’re just passing through and looking for cheap clean accomodation close to the station but the area is quite rough so wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay
