I had a terrible experience. They were trying to make me leave because of my service dog. Even threatened to call the cops on me. After an hour of arguing with front desk they made me put up an additional deposit of 50 mor dollars. They said it’d be fronted, but it never was and hasn’t to this date.

My stay was horrible. In our room, there were burn holes and weird stains on the bed sheets. The shower was absolutely disgusting, we did not use, my light on the side of the bed didnt work, There was a side door to the hotel just wide open for all these crackheads to come in and out of all hours of the night, breakfast ended at 9am and we went down at 8:35 and there was nothing there, they had shut it down before 9 and when I asked she just said "well we close it down at 9", it wasn't 9 yet. Horrible place and will not recommend it to anyone I know.

The room was run down and dingy, the full length mirror was gone from the wall but the wood studs were still there. The outer comforter on beds had fresh stains and did not appear to be clean or sanitary. No iron available in the room. You have to go downstairs to the front desk and ask to borrow one and they don’t even have any ironing boards. Also we made a reservation for three people in our two bed room. There was only two towels and when asked for an additional towel, we had to take the other two used towels downstairs before we were given a third.

Leaks in ceing in hall, hall smelled like Marijuana. Sheets with holes, pillow cases with stains, dirty and torn curtains. Ac didnt work properly or at all. Tv with visible scratch on screen. Dirty microwave and fridge. Stained ironing board. Toilet paper in peephole. Visible gap all around doorframe. Rude desk girl. Dirty floor in room with crumbs on floor. Bent shower rod. Dirty top of ac. Poor parking that is dark and flooded by rain.

When booking the room there was nowhere stating anything about a $50 deposit. So when I got there to check in and pay I was told there was a $50 refundable deposit. Finally head to the room and the first floor was the nicest of the three that I seen. Get to our room and it’s hot found out the ac wasn’t working. Got to move rooms even tho the girl was acting like she didn’t want to switch us. $1.50 for a can drink is outrageous especially when they only take change and no bills. There was trash in the stairwell, people slamming their doors all night long. Found a homeless man sleeping on the 3rd floor in the stairwell one morning while leaving and when we came back he was asleep in the 2nd floor stairwell. When checking out went to get my deposit back and it was a different lady. Handed her my room key and the paper but because we moved rooms she couldn’t find my cash deposit that was put in an envelope with my name on it.
