We had a great stay here. Everything was wonderful. The view was absolutely exquisite. The staff were totally helpful, accommodating, and very polite. The place was clean and lovely. The bed were reasonably comfortable. The only thing that was a little off, was that the blind in the bathroom was broken, so we had to manually roll it up if we wanted it open. It was no big deal since everything else was so lovely.

The room was very clean and comfortable. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beautiful views in the restaurant of the Loch. All the employees are very kind, warm and welcoming. The room was very out dated and dirty. The sheets had hair on them. There was no shower only a tub but there was no hot water anyways. There was no heat. Someone was singing or praying very loud at about 11 oclock at night. No elevator and we wrre on the 3rd floor. Awful!!!!!
