Advertised free parking is insufficient for registered guests. Public areas are grubby. Halls and stairs are dirty. Elevator is having issues and evidently this has been ongoing.
The bathroom/shower plumbing/fixtures literally fell apart in our hands. It was slightly terrifying but we were at least able to stop the water, even though we didn't get a morning shower. The room was hotter than a $2 pistol when we checked in but staff did send up a portable fan to save us from suffering, and we are thankful for their help.
This is a busy tourist class hotel but we were immediately turned off by the general appearance and cleanliness. Pricey. Good breakfast.
The room is spotless clean with everything you need, including tea and coffee, electric kettle and shortbread. Plenty of electrical outlets to charge your gadget. There's no heating at night even if it was turned to maximum. (I arrived very late at night.) But room was not cold and I tried to sleep away from the window.
