108D - 2BR/2 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl

One Queen bed in the primary bedroom and one King bed in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 43" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The primary bathroom and guest bathroom have walk-in showers. No pets allowed as per owner. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a dryer, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
