102D - 2BR / 2 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl

One Queen bed in the primary bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom allow this unit to sleep up to 5 people. There is a 50" TV in the living room and 32" TVs in both bedrooms. This unit also includes a DVD player, a blender, a crock pot, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. Both bathrooms have a walk-in shower. No pets allowed as per owner. All of our condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). There is an initial flight of stairs to enter the condo. Our minimum age to rent is 25.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a dining table.
