Experience a safe, clean, and affordable relaxing stay in our cozy studio space located on the first floor of the basement. As you enter through your private door entrance, you'll have complete privacy throughout your entire stay with its own thermostat to ensure comfort. The space includes a full-size bed. full-size bathroom with a couch. Enjoy internet and Netflix. We provide a kitchenette with coffee/snack bar, mini fridge, microwave so that all your needs are met. Locally near many shops.
This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate private entrance.
Newly constructed townhouse with three levels of living space. Guest will have private entry and the entire first level to themselves. Owner occupies the upper two levels. Guest do not see the owner unless you would like to.
Walmart, restaurants, and shopping centers are easily accessible in 3 minutes by car or a 15-minute walk. Carowinds is just 15 minutes away, while Uptown Charlotte is 25-35 minutes away depending on the time of day and traffic conditions. Lake Wylie is a short 15-minute drive away.

This property was clean and stylish, as pictured. I stayed June - August, for an internship in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. The neighborhood was safe and shopping areas were convenient. Garage parking was provided. The host was helpful and nice. Highly recommend!

Clean comfy and safe
My son stayed here for 3 months while training for Baseball. This room was perfect size for him, clean, new and comfortable. Location has everything you need and he felt safe! Tamya the Host was extremely easy to work with and so accommodating. Would recommend 100%
