Great apartment

The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. It is located in a wonderful area which is very quiet. We felt like we were right at home during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our extended stay (2 months) at Sandy's apt. Everything was great! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Sandy and Jim were very friendly and available if we needed anything. Location was very quiet and had easy access to hiking trails, restaurants & Charlotte. We highly recommend staying here!

Home away from home..

I chose this property even though was a 40 minute ride from Charlotte speedway because it looked great in the vrbo ad.. And it didn't disappoint, after 10 hours spent at the race track everyday it was awesome to come back to the comfy confines of Sandy's property.. What a lovely home , comfy well decorated and a comfy bed.. My son and I slept like babies.. Pull out couch was awesome for him 16 year old.. lol. Bed was perfect for me.. Really loved our stay and look forward to hopefully coming back next year for the Charlotte Dirt Track Nationals if our schedules permit.. Thx Again Sandy..

Adorable setting in the suburbs

Quaint property in country setting but close to all major routes. My sister and I were visiting my Aunt and Cousin in Fort Mill and this worked out perfectly! We loved all the details and touches! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Sandy and Jim!

The apartment was exactly as it was described. Cozy, comfortable bed, towels and all the amenities you needed. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.

Excellent Stay!

We chose this property because of its proximity to our daughter. We were immediately impressed with how clean and well organized everything was. Immaculate is the word I'd use. The host generously provided water and a basket of snacks on the kitchen table. The keurig coffee maker had a drawer that was well stocked with assorted coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Towels were super soft and comfy. Our two grandchildren (ages 6 and 10) loved the assortment of games available. We had a great time playing Uno! Although they only stayed with us 1 night, we had a wonderful time and the pullout sofa bed was perfect for them. We all snuggled up before they went to sleep and watched Dennis the Menace on the big TV. We used Netflix. Would highly recommend this property.

Best VRBO experience!

I have stayed at many VRBO homes and this was my best experience by far. From the start, communication with Sandy was great. When you pull up to the property, you have your own driveway and code to access the apartment. The neighborhood is lined with gorgeous mature trees. You feel like you are in the country, but are minutes away from good restaurants and shopping. The apartment looks exactly like the photos - beautifully decorated, cozy and spotless. Sandy provides all the comforts of home, if not better! The bed was super comfy with soft sheets and the towels were very plush. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and cook. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
