I really enjoyed my stay. Carry-out dinner was a little slow. Otherwise, this was a great experience. Would love to stay for Graduation 2018. Please put me on the wait list for cancellations. Thanks

Very nice and clean hotel but if you have kids with you there is no microwave or a refrigerator in the rooms. Also you have to pay an extra fee for the wifi.

Great location, great NYC view from the room, elevators sounds like it's going to its last trip.Hotel needs renovation or rebuilding.

We had a Jr Suite which was nice and spacious the only problem was the room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom floors were filthy that I had to put towels down to walk on them and the room was very dusty.

Spent the day in New York City close enough to serve my purpose. Staff was OK, Nothing that jumps out and makes it stand out from any where else. Room could of used some outlets so we could charge our phones and tablets. Bathroom could of user a paint job. They wanted to charge me for internet.I declined. I guess I would recommend to a friend but I would also inform them of these minor inconveniences

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while attending a seminar. Even though it is rated 3 stars, I found the hotel and room to be very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our group was provided with breakfast & lunch at a breakout room next to the seminar. The service and food were great! I also ate in the restaurant. Very good! The only thing I was disappointed in was that I had to pay for internet service, which is usually free in most hotels now days. As for the location, unless you have a car or take a cab, you are a captured guest.

My overall stay at this Hotel was very good.I did have to go back and request to have my room changed because the room I booked was different from the one they gave me.However the front desk staff was very helpful and willing to accommodate my request.Just beware the walls in this hotel are very thin so hear every little noise.

The hotel surpassed my expectations and while it was not in the center of nyc, it was conveniently placed between the concert we were attending in NJ and the restaurants in NY we visited. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The rooms were very well kept with a good view of the NYC skyline. Overall, I would recommend it to friends and family looking for an economical ny/nj weekend trip.

Overall the hotel was what you would expect from a Hilton and the location is great for NYC goers. The only issue I had was with the room key cards consistantly demagnatizing and not working to enter the parking area.

It was a one night stay, the room was clean could have been cleaner. The staff was very very nice and accommodating.

Great hotel! Convenient and comfortable! Close to NYC and a bunch of great places to dine in NJ.

I had a business meeting and the Hilton served its function of providing economical comfort and convenience. It was convenient to major roads in the area (perhaps too convenient) and to the place of my meeting and the room and service were above average. However, the hotel needs to be freshened up a bit. And light sleepers may be bothered by the truck traffic that roared by throughout the night.

I had an early morning meeting in Hackensack and stayed at the Hilton which was two miles from my meeting. The hotel met my expectations but it is starting to show its age. A couple of things were bothersome. First, the coat rack/hanger in the closet was hung at 4 feet so that longer clothes did not hang properly and the problem was aggravated by the safe which was mounted on the floor. It's a simple matter to rehang the rack, but apparently it has been this way since the flood. The second issue was the shower. It was a walk in shower with an extended shower curtain but no lip/edge to contain the water, so unless you were careful, the bathroom floor was flooded. There was only a hand held shower head which did not fit into its holder so you had to be careful, turning the water off as you shampooed, and then turning it on to rinse. It was a bit awkward. The room was clean and well-appointed (I loved the bed) and the staff was cordial and helpful. The hotel is at the intersection of major roads and trucks drove by all night, easily detectable from the front of the hotel. It did not bother me but light sleepers may have a problem on that side of the house.

Overall I had a great experience and would consider staying at this hotel again. Very clean. Staff was pleasant. I didn't like that I was charged to park overnight.

Customer service is horrible and the staff is very unprofessional.

Very comfortable feeling in the hotel and the room. Clean comfortable pillows. Had a nice pool . Nice vibe throughout the entire stay. Ghe service from employees was great. Great escape.

Really clean hotel. Staff was really nice and pleasant. Reasonable pricing. I'll definitely return.

I don't believe my hilton honor points was added to my account also I was give the free wifi and the manager was a if condescending

I stayed for just the weekend, so 1 night and the view was amazing and room was great. I loved it and I would definitely stay here again. Only bad part was that the fire alarm went off at like 4 in the morning and we were on the 10th floor. So taking the stairs down sucked and it turned out to be nothing. Either way it was still a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

Overall we were satisfied. The hotel is old, but it is clean. The location is great and the staff is very helpful.
