Remodeling in progress, but still a great place. The dining restaurant and bar is being redone + the rooms.

Problem with getting into room because door lock was broken. Staff did come up to help when we checked in, but when going in and out of room there was a problem. I requested a discount for problem but was told because I used Orbitz I could not be compensated for my trouble. They knew there was a problem with the door, so why would they assign the room to guests?!?!

Cleanness and good helpful staff. Our stay was comfortable and we will definately use this spot again.

I stayed here 11 times but this time was worse the room I was given was not what I booked and they had construction early every morning. Parking for hotel guest is horrible. The room was nasty there was hair in the drain that did not belong to me and because we asked for more towels the housekeeping supervisor said don't worry I will take care of everything of course waited outside for my husband to tip her $10 and for nothing the room was not cleaned properly. Very disappointed from check in to check out.

Rooms are very ample rooms for a Tri State hotel. Very friendly and exceptional breakfast service and bar.

Rooms were not comfortable , staff was great very pleasant , it is not upto the Hilton standards at all . we do travel a lot and for business and for the pleasure both and this facility is not good for either , we had 17 rooms booked for the occasions and it was so funny to see lot of basic things were missing from the rooms , any way bottom line is i would not pay what i had pay for that room

Nice over night stay, with a nice view of the NYC skyline.

When you you stay at a hilton you expect a certain kind of standard. The room was very expensive for an average plain room. No mini fridge and no conveinient outlets. Also no complimentary water or anything.
