The thermostat in the room did not work. I called the front desk and the guy said “We’re having issues. There’s nothing I can do.” I asked to change rooms but he said they didn’t have any available. So I had to stay in a hot room with no air conditioning. I want a refund.
Reviews of this property were mostly good. What I found at check-in was, in fact, a friendly staff member, but the room, the mattress, the sheets, etc., were all worn out, dirty, and stained. It was not a restful night of sleep. Glad it was limited to under 12 hours.
The staff were very friendly. The only problem with the room was that the water pressure was low in the bathroom sink. The pressure on the shower was fine. It is very difficult to cross a few lanes to get to the parking lot. The hotel or Waze should list an alternate route that isn't dangerous to get into the hotel parking lot.
Like that it was quiet and clean overall, but can do a little better to rooms where guest had pets. You can see the pet pee stain on the back of the door.

Room was spacious and clean. Biggest problem was motel entrance was harrowing, with an exit ramp right in front, so entering motel was quite scary. Water pressure was bad and bathroom had no fan, so room stayed very humid. Breakfast was a wimpy bag breakfast, although I understand COVID necessitated that. Room was quiet and had a nice TV

Hotel was okay for the price but parking was terrible. Stood hotel Two nights & both nights lasted more than 45 mins with my kids looking for parking due to them having trucks & trailers with not plates just parked at the facility.
Room was clean. The man in the lobby very unapproachable no friendly.
Nice property tough location to get to being the exit area is challenging.
