The bread fast was very lame, no variation. We didn’t get the complementary bag with water etc, and when asked, the lady at front desk was extremely rude and reported that they don’t had any more complementary water.
We did not have no problem during our 4 night stay. We had an amazing stay; thanks to the staff.
Alll the above this is always my favorite hotel to stay at when i visit ny everything from the staff to the rooms to the parking is perfect. Customer service is always amazing and the process feom checking in to checking out is smooth. There was a line to check in yet i only waited 2 mins!!
Room was big but pullout bed had no sheets nor non in unit to make up ourself. When requested from the front desk it did arrive promptly but only had one sheet, one pillow case & thin blanket. Mattress has large spot on it. Breakfast was very good w many food options

For a city view room, it was nice even though you could still hear the outside. Place was cleaned and neat. I believe the only thing thar upset me was the fact that they dont offer smart tv just regular cable. For that price I believe its not fair.

My room was not cleaned for more than three days in a row. I lacked toilet paper! Although I complained numerous times, I had to talk to the manager to have the situation solved. This is not OK. The least one can say. After that, my room was cleaned every two days. It was explained to me that there is a shortage of staff. I can understand that very well. But then do not advertise the room will be cleaned every day.
The property is lovely BUT the check-in was not terrible. Check-in time was supposed 3pm and we didn't get our room until after 6pm.
Beautifully decorated, modern and large room. We had a small living room with a full kitchen. Full refrigerator/freezer and full size dishwasher. I could have stayed here for a week. Breakfast was the full spread, including hot “real” scrambled eggs, waffles and fresh squeezed orange juice. EXCELLENT!!
