They advertise a heated pool to enjoy. The one staff member told me they do not heat the pool. Other worker said it is supposed to be 80 degrees. Well it wasn’t. Very deceptive because it’s advertised on their site that they have a heated pool

I really enjoy going here but the heating system never allows for just heat it always includes fan air. Also PLEASE change the breakfast add new things. When I frequent here it’s the same chicken tinga, or dried out sausage. Maybe a mixed fruit bowl pre done, French toast, etc… otherwise 9/10 the housekeepers are sweet and helpful

We had a 3 night stay and were very comfortable; clean and quiet with great and welcoming staff. Location is perfect for your visits to Sojo and a quick dash to Manhattan and downtown Harlem. Our stay felt like we were home with all amenities at our beckoning call. Had a little mishap with the Valet driver allowing my girls to drive off with the car keys still in his hand but the hotel manager was extremely compassionate about the goof-up and supported us with a solution to recover the Lyft costs associated with the delivery of our keys to their 40 minute away car location. Outside of this mishap, our stay was perfect and we are looking forward to our next stay!!🌹

I kind of got turned around when returning to the property after shopping. I took the back road of the hotel to get to the hotel parking lot and it was giant potholes. Other than that everything else was perfect
