Close to the beach.

The property is very well maintained. Room, pools, fitness center, restrooms, showers, sauna, and elevators are very clean. The property is about 50 steps from the beach.

The place is old and the upkeep is not the greatest. Curtains were dirty and we all woke up the 1st day with insects bite. We thought it was from the beach but, other siblings in the group that did not go in the beach had insects bites too! So, basically left the place pretty discouraged and afraid to bring those beg bugs to our home . I did let the front desk know they need to check the mattresses at both apartments. Thank you will NOT be coming back here

My family of four which included an 8 and 4 year old had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and right on the water. The beach was steps away and empty. We were with a group of about 40 people and we all had a great time. All the units were equipped with a full-size kitchen and had everything we needed to cook meals. This truely is a hidden gem.

Ocean view was limited even from balcony but inside it has curtains pinned shut, so you have no view:( Murphy bed in studio is horrible! Studio is cramped for two people and wouldn’t work for four. They shouldn’t allow people to leave tents, chairs and wagons set up on beach all week. The beach is beautiful, but it does have public access right next door. The building is older but maintained as well as most on the beach. There’s lots to do in the area and restaurants nearby, not onsite.

This was surprising find. We have been in this area many times and didn’t know about it. We booked because of Memorial in area. Location is great. Unfortunately there was construction like so many places on beach. We were informed and it didn’t bother us. Would definitely look to stay again.
