Property is a hidden gem in pompano. Its not luxury, but it’s well maintained and has what you need for a budget vacation directly on the beach.
Prime location. This place has so much potential. We arrived later than planned because of flight delay. The receptionist was waiting for us before she left for the night. However, when we entered the room we realized that the room was not prepared for us (4 people). There was 1 full size bed and a pull out sofa, which we knew about. There were 2 pillows in the room, no bedding for the pull out bed. Also, did not have beach towels. Went to talk to the receptionist as she was departing her desk for the night. She gave me sheets for the pull out bed and 1 blanket. She said she did not have any other extras and she did not have any pilllows. She looked quite annoyed that I was asking her for these items. I grew up in the area and understand FL humidity. The smell in the room was not acceptable for a hotel. The furniture and the curtains had a mold smell.

Relatively quiet location, for the area. There was some remodeling noise in the daytime during our stay, but it was kept to a minimum. The check-in and check-out process was excellent and the receptionists at the main office were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room had moderately been updated, though the overall facility was a bit "dated". I would still view our stay as fair value for the location. Parking is a bit limited, but we didn't encounter any significant issues - could be more of a problem with a large truck. Our room was extremely clean, though there was a slight musty smell, presumably from the carpet on the main level (our room was 2-levels). The bed was comfortable, and all bedding was fresh and appeared new. Both levels had wall-mount A/C-heat units that worked well and kept the room comfortable. One excellent thing was that the location is just far enough away from the main downtown/pier area to be quiet but was easily close enough for a nice walk to the popular fishing pier (worth a visit to - a little over a mile away). Also excellent, was the convenient beach access directly behind the hotel (and it was a very nice beach; clean, quiet, enjoyable). Overall, the price was significantly more favorable compared to most other options available during the time of our booking (beginning of February); good value if you are a person who doesn't care about staying the absolute nicest place but wants excellent beach access, away from the crowd.

Can’t beat the price for the location and amenities it offers. Staff is very friendly and try to accommodate your requests best they can. It’s a bit dated but the staff work hard to keep it in good shape.
Great value for the money. Property is a bit dated, rooms are a bit dark but they are very clean, beds are comfortable and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach with the given amenities for the price. Would def stay Again
The rooms are a little rundown and it smelled musty inside. But you can’t beat the view or the location. You can walk a mile to Pompano Beach pier. The pool was also nice. Can you have your own private beach which was really nice as well. Free parking was nice

We got the split level it was very nice with 2 bathrooms and all kitchen tools (forks knives plate...) One of the AC was extra noisy but all windows unit all noisy. Walk to the beach and they have sauna ans Jaccuzi and Gym. The price was great for early July
I had zero complaints. The property, the landscape, the facilities, the room cleanliness and amenities were excellent. It surpassed our expectations. We felt like right at home. We want to commend Kerlyne (front desk) for her kindness and excellent customer service provided.

Absolutely loved that we had direct access to the beach and away from the hustle and bustle. It was peacefully.
The stay was great. Staff is very friendly, pools and beach are great and parking is free.
The room was extremely small with a bed that you had to pull out of the wall. The water pressure in the shower was terrible impossible to take a good bath. The parking was very limited or non at all.
