Beware, this is a scam. This is not actually a VRBO property, but a “integrated property” which means VRBO will absolutely not help you if there is an issue with the reservation or payment. I arrived to the unit and there was an extremely strong odor of mold. The wall AC unit was covered in black mold. Our party has a severe mold allergy and cannot stay in a room with hold. Upon contacting Ryan, he advised there were no other rooms available and he would refund my stay. This issue is Ryan refused to cancel the reservation open his end as VRBO penalizes the host for cancelling by removing the listing for a few days (this was to me by the VRBo agent). I was unable to cancel on the app and VRBO was unable to cancel since it’s not actually there listing. VRBO told me my only option was to dispute this with my credit card company. So save yourself the mold exposure, headache, and hours on the phone with people that will not help you. I should have known to avoid when my credit card initially declined the transaction due to the company having several fraudulent transactions.

Nice with great access to the beach.

This property was perfect for our daughter who needed a place to stay for a week. She loved the property and how close it was to the beach. The host was great! The communication made this so easy for us and they were extremely helpful through the whole stay. Would highly recommend.
