• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, dogs 20 lbs. or less allowed. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet!

• Non-Smoking property. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs, up to $1500 total. This is strictly enforced via in-house monitors.
• Maximum occupants allowed is 8. No parties or events.
• Maximum cars allowed is 4. Do not park on the street as you will be ticketed or towed.
• Quiet hours after 9pm. Strictly enforced via in-house noise monitors (these monitors do not record, only track decibel level). You may be asked to leave with no refund if Quiet hours are not respected. This is strictly controlled by the City.
