The stay was absolutely horrible. There were cockroaches crawling on the bed, in the bathroom, and inside the trash bins — the room was completely infested. I couldn’t sleep at all because I felt insects crawling over my head and body. This was unacceptable and extremely disturbing. I complained at front desk and the receptionist said that is going to bring to the attention of their management.. which I doubt it.

This is a minus star. Extra terrible. Room is not even close to being as expected. Reeked of bleach, so severe that my throat is irritated and headache. TV only had a couple channels. Feeling unsafe and what appears to be a bullet hole in the wall. Bathroom door and handle busted as well as the security latch. Disruptive and disrespectful occupants, front desk did nothing said to talk to police who arrived on scene and were present in the AM. Lots of nighttime activity, perhaps illegal or not.I am requesting a chargeback/dispute. Expedia needs to be more responsible for the hotels they promote.

The room was full of roaches. The kitchen was extremely outdated will pealing walls. The bathroom sink was clogged after washing my hands. The place is ghetto. People hanging out at all times of the night. Lots of drug and prostitution going on there.

If there was a way to leave no stars I would the environment was pure ghetto and the room was infested with roaches. I’m talking about from adult roach to babies on the floors on the walls. I literally ran out of there with my baby in the middle of the night. The walls are paper thin and I could hear people arguing. 10/10 would never recommend!!!!

Room smelt of cigarette smoke, there were roaches, my key stopped working 3 times during my stay, no kitchen ware in the kitchen. The entire compound smelt of weed. It was not a pleasant experience however the front desk employees were very pleasant and friendly.

I will not be staying at this property again. The first room I was assigned had a heavy smoke scent, and the toilet was recently used. I asked for another room, the next wasn't that much better but the front door lady said that was my only other option. The grass was unkept and high. There were stains on the floor boards, no hot water. My mother and I took some time to clean the room after learning we wouldn't be getting a refund. Also the room key rarely worked. Lastly the pictures they use to advertise are very old. It wasn't all negative, there is a pollo tropical across the street and the location is near to shops, etc.

Never got to the room. Requested an accessible room because my husband doesn’t walk or do stairs. They reserved a regular room on the 2nd floor and the elevator was broken. So we had no way to access it. They stated no other rooms were available. So we had to call other hotels looking for a room. Our flight was delayed so we did arrive late. But we had called the hotel and they stated that would not be a problem. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything to help us. Very disappointed in Expedia for no help. We had booked a stay for 2 nights. Will probably not book through them again. It was not our fault the airline had delayed our flight. We then found another room and had to pay a second Lyft to take us there. Expedia was of no help!
