There is a Smart Lock on the Front Door. Guests will be provided with a 4 digit code prior to their arrival. This code will be used to access the home during their stay.

There will be a $35 fee if the guest fails to checkout on time. Checkout is at 10am.

SURROUNDING AREA: 10 miles from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport, 2 miles from the beach, boat tours and other water activities, grocery store only a ½ mile away, downtown (bars & restaurants) 3.5 miles away, Everglade Airboat Tours 30 miles away. (see customer notes for unique write up)

PETS
Small dogs (30 lbs or smaller) are allowed but we need to be made aware they are on the premises. A separate cleaning fee is required.

KID FRIENDLY: Butterfly World, Lion Country Safari, Topgolf, Tidal Wave Water Park, CastAway Water Park, Museum of Discovery and Science and Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park.

We DO NOT allow locals to rent the home. If you request to book we will kindly decline your request.

One beach towel will be put out per guest. If any are missing upon departure there will be a $25 charge per towel missing.

MOSQUITOES: Depending on time of year. Prevalent after dark. Keep the door closed. Apply repellent.

IGUANAS and WILD GREEN PARROTS: You may spot some Iguanas and Parrots around our Backyard Oasis - They`re harmless local wildlife and part of the unique experience here!

BOAT RENTAL: Would you like to enjoy some time out on the water during your stay? Ask the hosts for more information on renting a boat during your stay.

WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING-REGISTERED GUESTS AND ZERO NON REGISTERED GUESTS. AS PER CITY ORDINANCE PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. FREE PARKING UP TO 2 CARS - NO ON STREET PARKING. NOT FOLLOWING THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION AND REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND DUE!
Smoking/Vaping
No smoking or vaping inside the house. If you do wish to smoke please do so outdoors and discard your cigarette butts.

Pets
Small dogs (30 lbs or smaller) are allowed but we need to be made aware they are on the premises. A separate cleaning fee is required.

Furniture
No standing or jumping on furniture. No placement of food or beverages at any time on furniture with fabric. Food and beverages may be placed on wooden furniture with placemats or coasters. Any damage to the furniture will result in a minimum of a $500 charge.

Bathroom
No flushing of anything other than toilet paper.

Music
No loud music - The City of Pompano Beach has a noise ordinance. If a neighbor complains you will be required to leave and forfeit your payment.

Smart Lock
We will supply a 4 digit code 24 hours before your check in. We will program that code prior to your arrival. We will deactivate it when you have left. Make certain the house is locked whenever you leave.

Lockbox
The lockbox code will be provided to you 48 hours before check-in and also the day of check in just to make sure you have it. Make certain the house is locked whenever you leave.

Cameras
There are NO Cameras in the house. There are Cameras on the exterior of the house. Please do not tamper with them in any way.

Dishwasher
Please use it when necessary and use it when it is full. Use only the dishwasher pods that are under the kitchen sink.

Washer/Dryer
The Washer/Dryer is in the closet to the right in the small hallway that leads to the carport. Please use it with the Arm and Hammer or Tide Pods ONLY. Do not overfill the Washer or Dryer.

Range/Microwave
Please wipe down after you are done cooking.

Bath Towels
We provide 2 bath towels, 2 washcloths and 2 face towels per guest. It is your responsibility to launder them as appropriate.

Bed Linens
During your stay we provide one clean set of bed linens per guest. If you wish to launder them during your stay please do so. We will launder them after you leave.

Parking
Please park on the driveway. There is a maximum of 2 guest cars allowed by the City of Pompano Beach.

Vehicle Rentals

Check In/Out
Check In is at 4pm. There is no problem if you get there later than 4. Your 4 digit code will be in the system. Check out is at 10am. No later than that. A $35 fee will be charged if you check out later than that. No exceptions.

Potential loss of deposit
Should something happen that you think might cause you to lose your deposit (you know what I am talking about) please make us aware through the Airbnb app. We will try to correct it before it becomes a problem for you.
