Staff are friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. However, the timeshare pitch needs to take less time. If not interested, we're not interested. Pools are nice, but more chairs are needed. Convenient access to the spa and gym. We stayed here numerous times, but this unit needs to be updated. The landscape is beautiful, a great place to walk and relax.

Great stay

The stay was great and worked for the time we needed. Wish we had more time to spend, but the stay just for the funeral of a family member.The check in and out process was awesome!

Relax and have fun

Lots of activities to do or just hang out at the pool. Clean spacious condo. Definitely enjoy staying at this resort.

The property is fantastic! The conod unit was very clean and nicely decorated, with a great balcony. The property is lovely, with great pools. We had a fantadtic time, and would definitely go back there.

Pretty property, well kept, activities available, gated Staff wonderful , shuttle available for beach& beautiful pools. Surrounding area not as nice as the property, need a car for restaurants, shopping,etc

Stayed in the Fountain Building with a Pool View balcony. Room/suite was perfectly laid out and had all the amenities we could have needed. Property had great facilities, although wish it had an actual playground for kids.

Everything was in excellent condition, clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was convenient and beautiful landscaping. It was very relaxing. Just what we needed. My husband is still talking about it.

Active place!

Something to do each day and entertainment most nites. Very clean with nice pools . Activity staff is great , working hard and multi tasking, stressed but still doing what needed to keep people happy ,short staffed like everywhere. Been coming for many years!

Nice unit

We were very comfortable in our roomy, well-equipped suite. We all enjoyed swimming in the family pool and playing miniature golf. The kids wanted to make daily visits to see the giant iguanas and ducks, and we made one trip to the beach. It was a fun, relaxing getaway.

Family vacation

Rented 4 units for family. Delayed check in for one unit. 3 of 4 units located in units with LOTs of road noise. Took a long time to drive to beach because of construction and traffic. Enjoyed time at Royal Vista. Enjoyed mini golf, heath club, pools and walking path. No water in unit on checkout day because of water main break
