This was a bit of a last minute getaway with family who live down in FL and we were all extremely happy with the property and communication once we arrived. This was a great option for us because of the rooms with large beds and we had a few young ones in our group who wanted to share the room together. Overall very clean, very functional kitchen and a great property manager who was able to help us with details as well as suggestions for local food and drink. For a nice getaway with a pool and a short hop to the beach, this is a was a great choice.

This property was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort to the location and amenities. We stayed here while hosting one of our Recharge for Vets events, where we take deserving veterans on outdoor experiences to help them reconnect and recharge, and this home was the ideal place for our group. The host was fantastic, communication was excellent, and everything was exactly as described. It made our stay stress-free and allowed us to focus on creating a memorable experience for the veteran and his family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-maintained home!

Beautiful outside view of the canal. Two secondary BR's each with 2 king beds, so can sleep 10 if you like to share. Only 2 full baths which could be challenging for a large group. Overall, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Serenity

Our stay at the Intra Coastal Royale was fabulous thanks to the stunning accommodations and the kindness of the host and owner. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated! All the extra touches and upgrades added to the luxury of this home. The house was very bright and spacious and accommodated two families perfectly. This home allowed us to experience Florida at its best! As soon as we walked in the front door, we were stunned by the views of the intracoastal waterway. We spent most of our time in the backyard - watching the boats go by, spotting manatees in the water, fishing, swimming in the pool, eating, and watching TV outside by the firepit table. When exploring the area, it was just a ten minute walk to a beautiful, uncrowded beach or to the ocean inlet where we could fish or board the water taxi to cruise or stop at restaurants on the water. We also strolled down the beach to the Pompano Beach Pier area to visit restaurants, stores, and popular beaches. Desiree, the hostess, was so friendly and quickly responded to any questions or messages. Check in was a breeze. Both Desiree and the owner, Joe, made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. They even set up a beautiful Christmas tree and delivered a special treat since we were celebrating Christmas during our stay. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation! Staying at your home brought back so many happy memories of growing up on the water in Fort Lauderdale. We will definitely book again.
