Completely renovated modern style, beach home 3 blocks from Pompano Beach. Only a 7 -10 minute walk and your at one of the most highly rated beaches in the United States. Beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, renovated in December of 2018. Large patio area with 35 x12 heated pool with a covered Tiki Hut with a fan so you can get out of the heat and lounge on plush patio furniture. Need a little sun, there are ample chaise lounges and other furniture around the pool.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the house has a full size washer and dryer. The home can comfortably accommodate 8 adults. The 1 guest bedroom has a King size bed and the 2nd guest room a queen size bed and the main bedroom has a king size bed. 50" TV s are in the Main bedroom Bedroom and Family Room and a 40" TV is is in the "Family Fun Room". All TV s are Samsung Smart TV s so popular subscriptions like NetFlix, ShowTimeGo, YouTube, HBOGo and others are available. WiFi is available on the entire property.

The home is located 3 blocks from the beach and takes less than a 10 minute walk there to enjoy the world famous Pompano Beach. 6 Beach Cruiser Bikes are included so you can get back and forth to the beach or enjoy the many restaurants, shops and other entertainment within minutes of your vacation get-away.

Property is pet friendly but there is a pet fee of $100 per pet and we have a weight limit of 40lbs per pet.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Wonderful!

Just returned from a week at John and Stacy’s home. Our 4th or 5th time (can’t remember which) staying there. Would highly recommend. The property is very well maintained both inside and out. Short walk to the beach and short drive to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea.

Heaven in Pompano Beach

This house is even better in person than the pictures show. In addition to the great layout- particularly the outside back pool, garden, amnd tiki hut area- the kitchen is fully stocked not only with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and bowls, but anything else you could imagine, including many spices. John and Stacy are great hosts. The best part for us was to have such a beautiful house in such a perfect location. In addition to bars, restaurants, publix and other stores within walking distance, we walked over the intercoastal to the beach whenever we went there. We have already rented for a month next year. It was perfect for four of us with room for guests when they came!

Absolute Paradise

This property was exactly as the listing described. The pool and tiki area were heavenly. The house was immaculate. The hosts supplied all items you could want for a day at the beach. They communicated to make sure we had all we needed, and to make recommendations regarding restaurants. This was a child free trip for me, my husband, my sister, and brother-in-law. I would love to book again and bring my grandchildren. A five star experience from start to finish.

Pompano Family Vacation

This house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The rooms are well taken care of and everything was updated nicely. I liked that someone had labeled where to put the dishes and items after washing them. The beach chairs and towels saved us a lot of space when packing. The location is super convenient to Publix (which has a garage to park in!), places to go for a drink and eat, the beach, etc. We have been to the area but never stayed. This house allowed us to check out some new places and visit other locations that we love in the area. The walk is about 10 minutes to the beach which saves a lot of money in parking. There was lots of space for our 2 families (8 people - 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 pre-teens) to congregate at meal times and in the evening, but also enough space to spread out. The pool was great, and the kids named the iguanas that stopped by periodically. I can't thank John enough for delivering such a great place for our vacation!!

Family gathering to see Cricket Match in Ft Lauderdale

Property was just as pretty as the pictures on VRBO. Host was very responsive to questions before and during the stay. Property was very large, more than enough room for six adults and five year old child. House and grounds were very clean and well kept. Instructions from host posted in the house were very informative of things to do in the area and what to do for check out. Pool was a great plus for family play and to relax during the day. Tiki hut was great when an afternoon South Florida rain shower would sneak up on you. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway in south Florida.

Fantastic Spring Break

The cleanest property we have ever stayed in. I don’t know how there weren’t bugs any where but it’s was amazing. Pool was fantastic. Walk was good as well to the beach. Everything is labeled in the kitchen and they have paid attention to the details! Would absolutely go back again. Stacy answered all questions and met us there which was such a nice touch! Perfect place for family vacation

Stacy & John's house was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Great spaces for relaxing, playing games, and just hanging out. The space was just as described and the property was very clean with everything we needed. This was our first trip to Pompano Beach and we loved to be walking distance to the beach and beach items provided. There are so many great restaurant choices within walking distance too! John and Stacy were great hosts responding quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely book this place again for a family trip.

A Gem of A Home

This house was very clean and was fully renovated only a few years ago. Location, location, location - this house is perfectly located to walk to everything from the beach, restaurants, Publix grocery and more. All tiled floor, nice size bedrooms with good beds and clean and updated bathrooms. Home has a great layout. Heated lap pool was beautiful and nice to come back to from the beach. Loved everything about this home and the hosts were easy to reach and responsive. Highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone! You won't be disappointed.

Read if you’re a mom of littles! We booked last minute & we don’t regret it

First, off I would like to start by saying the negative reviews I read on here are either inaccurate or full of insanity. The property is just as pictured. Cleanly and spacious. Wonderful and powerful AC we fully controlled, clear views outside,beautiful pool surrounded by hibiscus flowers, comfy beds, great laundry units, and quiet neighbors who respect your privacy. Yes there are quiet hours - as a mom with two babies I am EXTREMELY thankful of this because I want my kids to sleep. I am writing this as a mother with two babies 2 year old and 5 month old. We had to switch to this house last minute because of inaccurate listing of first booked house. John the owner was beyond compassionate to our circumstances and let us ASAP. We met both Stacy and John and they were both wonderful hosts and extremely accommodating. Anyone who thinks otherwise may lack introspection on their own actions. For traveling moms: The house is equipt with a potty training seat, two pack and plays, beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, a “baby clean up kit,” high chair and Bumbo seat. The one suggestion I would love to see if we returned to this house is a couple of kids sand toys (bucket, shovel, etc) just some dollar tree ones even! They provide little soaps and a welcome basket like a hotel which is super classy. They have towels and beach towels. Everything was nice and clean and we were UNEXPECTED last minute guests! A wonderful experience. A+ + +

Beautiful ranch style home, on quiet walkable street, close to everything. Home was very clean and provided everything we needed. We enjoyed many of the owner's recommendations for local restaurants and activities which were all wonderful. Amazing pool and outdoor area was very private. House was perfect for our group. Beautiful home close to the beach

We just came home from 5 days at this beautiful home. The owners were great at communicating before and during our stay. The home was as advertised and truly met all of our expectations. The beds were comfy, pool was clean and warm, the kitchen had everything you can think of and they even took time to leave us a little basket of goodies. We decided to drive to the beach since we had little kids with us and my husband broke his foot before our trip but you could easily ride one of the 6 bikes or walk and pull their cart with chairs. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance and Publix is across Atlantic. It’s about. 2-3 minute drive to the beach and probably a 7-10 minute walk. As someone who comes to this area every year, this has been our favorite place to stay!

Look no further for your family Beach Vacation!

John and Stacy were incredible! From the description of the house, the amenities it offered for my two-and-a-half-year-old, to the commute to the beach and attractions. We had an incredible 5 days with 7 adults and one toddler. There was a small issue with the AC on our first night, and I texted John and Stacy at 9pm, to which they promptly responded, and the issue was resolved first thing in the morning. I cannot thank them enough for their communication and beautiful house. A vacation to remember!

Great House, fun beach town

The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Check in and out were super easy, and had thorough directions on process, which I appreciate. The open floor plan kitchen/dining/living room area was a great gathering space. The pool was clean and had sun all day. The tiki hut was a fun hangout spot. The beach is a short walk over the waterway and was very clean. The house had a wagon and all the beach items we needed. The restaurants and bars along the beach have a fun chill vibe, with a lot of live music. There are also a lot of great restaurants right outside the neighborhood, and a Publix supermarket you can walk to. It’s easy to get to from FLL airport - our first time in Pompano Beach and we loved it. We met so many great locals, and have a lot of funny memories - already trying to figure out dates for a girls trip to the house

Perfect Location & Pool For Families

If you're looking for a house with beautiful pool and a short distance to the beach, then this is house is absolutely perfect. We spent most of our time just relaxing, but when we did venture out, we were able to easily walk to great places to eat, shop and enjoy the sun. The owners' were very helpful and friendly. Perfect 2 Family Vacation Home

We were able to use the keyless entry upon check-in, and walked into the cleanest vacation home I’ve ever rented. They provided a nice bottle of wine and snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. The home was in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach, grocery store, several restaurants, and souvenir shops. The layout was perfect for our two families. We all enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs. We played endless games of cards and relaxed under the tiki hut. The kiddos had a blast in the game room, including playing lots of the board games that are stored in the bunk room. We cooked several meals in the well appointed kitchen, and grilled out a couple of times. We aren’t Keurig users, and were pleasantly surprised to find a coffee maker in the cupboard. The bikes were a huge hit for our kiddos (ages 11-14) and the adults. We took the wagon, sand toys, and beach chairs to enjoy a couple of days at the beach. Don’t miss out of the beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic!! Our favorite meal out was at the Tin Fish, where we enjoyed fresh seafood (I was so excited to get a grouper sandwich) and chicken for our non-seafood loving family members. We also enjoyed Grear food at the Captains Cafe on our way home from the Everglades. Flamingo Gardens was absolutely beautiful. John and Stacy were wonderful hosts! They were quick to respond to questions ahead of and during our vacation and provided tons of helpful information regarding things to do and see, and places to dine out.
