Maintenance around the property is non existent. Every thing is overgrown, the elevator was out of commission & the entire property reeked so bad of cigarette smoke. So bad it actually woke me up out of a dead sleep. We tried to spend as little time in the room as possible. Our room was definitely not the one pictured. Judging by the other reviews & the price I paid, this is about what I expected. We were only in town for three nights so we toughed it out. Location was good.

Un bon rapport qualité prix

L’appartement était très bien situé et très propre. L’équipe de ménage et le gardien très réactif. Petit bémol sur les ustensiles, nous étions 6 et seulement 4 grandes assiettes, pas de passoire et peu de casseroles adaptées pour 6 personnes

Used to be much better when you had employees on site no control of what is going on on premises guests fighting amongst themselves unpleasant keep closed eyes or not longer fit for families need cleaning around grounds pool elevator etc. The employees on the day time very pleasant and friendly

I love the fact that if we had any questions some one would answer back pretty fast! There was six of us an there was so much room an the property itself was very inviting! I would for sure stay again

I am born and raised in this area I needed a room for a night for an event. This property had a great price great location great amenities for the price. If property manager will spend one to two days I'm cleaning up landscaping. Invest in some mosquito balls look up online. This would be the perfect little spot. My only two complaints there's so much potential if landscaping was done once a month to every few months and window Shaker AC units that literally point at the head of the bed need to be changed or beds need to be placed in different directions my room had an AC window unit 3 ft away from the head of the bed and all night long the noise and temper changes were unbearable other than that perfect perfect don't put the head of the bed three free from the air conditioner

Not As Great as it Looks!

The room is not the one pictured in the ad and looks quite a bit different from the one we stayed in. The room is okay but is more comparable to a two-star hotel room. They also refused to come and clean it during our stay, even though we stayed 5 nights! They claimed they weren’t able to because of “Covid precautions”. Really?! The ad says that they will come clean, “upon request” but they refused. I think they should be charging less if they don’t have to pay for daily cleaning. The pool is not heated and is WAY too cold to be used by any sane person this time of year so don’t expect to use the pool. It was nice to have a full kitchen, however, and we used that quite a bit. We managed to have a beautiful vacation!

He ido varias veces a este hotel, lo he pasado bien, pero esta vez fui con una familia y tuvieron problemas con la Habitación con el aire acondicionado. Tuvieron que estar una noche sin aire hasta el otro y parte del área del BBQ Está descuidado el techo de esa área que es de guano está lleno de huecos y le caí agua al BBQ, deberían arreglarlo
