The apartment is a good location but not good for staying old Cabinets old vanities, shower, dirty and a small toilet like a kids toilet the TV not working plus they been saying if you check out you have to clean your dish and also you have to take your trash very hard to find the parking if you come late at night do they need to do remodeling? I already told them.

Room is extremely dirty unsanitary my children got sick, staying there I wouldn’t recommend this place for anybody, especially with children terrible service. I will never stay at any of their properties again.

The worst place I’ve ever booked. The location didn’t look safe. The kitchen area smelled damp or molded. The refrigerator didn’t get cold. The tub needs refinishing. The bed looked unclean. I left 20 minutes after arriving. They have some major updating to do.

Average property. Dated unit. Pros: comfortable beds, fridge, stove, microwave, location, and parking. Cons: dated unit, old bathroom, no mop in the unit (just a broom), overall ok or average. No staff onsite, just phone support. Laundry onsite uses credit cards and will charge you $8 eve if the cucles are $1.75 each but that means we ended up paying $8 for a wash and a dry... rest is credit that will never be used. Better go with cash as the manager said it is...

Not a bad place to stay. Great location about 10 minutes from the beach with lots of shopping and dining nearby. A few minor inconveniences here and there, but nothing to ruin the stay. I would recommend this place for a quick and easy stay.

Roomy, good value close to the beaches.

We liked the location. We had our bikes and a short ride to all the beaches. Reservations staff was super nice and responsive. The property was clean but it is older and showing some wear and tear. We had a ground floor unit and it would've been better if the units above were carpeted, or had felt pads on all the chair legs because they make a lot of noise when moving around up above us. All in all a decent value and we used the kitchen for a lot of meals which saved money. I would come here again.
