My family with two young kids traveled all day and landed late and were exhausted. Jay never sent us check in instructions and we had to go find a hotel to stay in. I hope we can get a full refund.

Noisy Lauderdale Stay

We were very disappointed with our accommodation. The condo was next to a very, very, very, very noisy boulevard. We couldn’t even sit outside because of the traffic noise.There was also an annoying and obnoxious odour in the unit. The fridge also leaked water onto the floor.. The bathroom requires some TLC.. toilet rocks on the floor and shower fixture was loose and ready to fall off..

Convenient spot

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Our team was in town for the boat show, and it was close to the airport, convention center and everything we needed. It is located on a busy boulevard corner, but traffic noise didn't bother us
