Experience an upbeat and walkable stay in this centrally located 1-bedroom retreat in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. The home features an updated kitchen and bath, a quiet private bedroom, and a comfy living room for movie nights or remote work. We've stocked quality amenities and plush hotel-grade linens so you can settle in and relax. Step outside and take a .5 mile stroll to Old Town and 1.4 miles to CSU. This old town charmer is professionally managed by Rise N Shine Rentals.



The Space:

This is the upper level unit of a duplex home in old town. The entrance to the 1 bedroom apartment is on the back side of the house and up the stairs which is best seen from the driveway. The other, 2 bedroom unit, is downstairs, and accessed through the front of the home. The two units share a private laundry area with detergent and dryer sheets provided but the rest of the home is private to you.

Guest Access:
