It’s fine
The neighborhood and location were excellent. Very easy access to I 25 and main streets in Fort Collins. There were some issues with cleanliness , but most of it were minor. Walls, carpets, and the furniture all had minor wear and tear and stains. There was leftover candy between the couch cushions and food left in the cabinets that should have been disposed of. The house is very stuffy, even with the windows open, so bring a couple of fans. AC works, but doesn’t cool the upstairs well. It was mostly cool the nights we stayed, so it wasn’t too bad, but as summer goes on it will be an issue. Overall, it worked fine for us. Gave us a place to stay and gather with family from Ft.Collins.
