Modern and clean room. Full kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishes. Good lighting and large desk suited well for working. Located in parking lot of small shopping center with Starbucks and restaurants. Close to highway.
We made a mistake with the booking and they were very prompt in correcting it.
It’s was right in the middle of everything, lots of restaurants, a Cinemax and it was clean and the gentleman working that night was very helpful with everything we need. I would stay there again.
We booked an expensive 1-bedroom suite for a wedding weekend; requesting, in advance, a quiet room away from the elevators. Should have also requested to be far from the 1st floor mechanical room (specifically the water heater machinery), which delivers a continuous mechanical hum and buzz, punctuated by a jarring drilling sound, with a vibration that shakes the room from the floor all the way through the bed. I see that other guests have complained online about this hotel's mechanical noise and the lack of sound-proofing, but the hotel hasn't addressed the sound isolation issue and continues to rent noisy rooms adjacent to the equipment room. The desk clerk said there were no other 1-bedroom suites to move us to, so we ended up in a "queen studio". Since we prepaid for the 1-bedroom suite, they said they could not refund the price differential, and we would have to go through Orbitz. And of course Orbitz isn't responsible for the hotel having to move us to a studio. So, if you HAVE to stay in this hotel, don't pay in advance, and be advised that this hotel hopes you don't notice the alarming grinding noises in some of their rooms until you've unpacked.
