Best Western University Inn

We needed a hotel within walking distance of CSU main csmpus. Staff was incredibly helpful. Our room was adequate and had a really large picture window that made the room feel spacious.

Great, affordable hotel in the heart of Fort Collins!

Older best western could use some upgrading. Ok for a nights stay. Room was clean and comfortable bed. Didn't use pool as had to walk across parking lot to get to it.

Although there are things they could do to make this hotel better, overall it was nice and we will stay there again.

Staff was nice, condition of facilities and room cleanliness were excellent. Only negative is traffic noise.

I was expecting something a little nicer from the online reviews I'd read. The room doors face exterior of building / not interior, something I wouldn't expect for over $100 per night. The train runs very close by at about 4 in the morning. You can walk to restaurants and old town, if that is important to you for drinking and not having to drive then this is the place to be, otherwise probably get something nicer and newer out on Harmony rd. for the same money. The staff was nice and the bed was decently comfortable.

The hotel was good overall but the people element it attracts is not good.

We were looking for a place to stay fairly close to Old Town and the Best Western University Inn fits the bill. Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms and very nice, professional staff. I would stay there again and recommend to friends.

nice and quite the pool was cool and the smoking area was clean the staff were friendly

We ran in the Colorado Marathon on Sunday and needed somewhere close by to stay. The Best Western worked out really well for us. Everything we needed was there, the staff even accommodated marathoners by serving breakfast at 4:00 am, much appreciated!

I actually booked this in error--was thinking I would have to leave and go to a better place but it wasn't too bad. Nothing is closer to campus and the rooms were fairly clean. No luxuries and they were doing a lot of work outside, but decent enough.

We enjoyed our stay, great location. Will probably stay there again next time we're in town.

The place to stay if you're visiting CSU. Right next to campus.

Everything was fine- staff very helpfull. Best thing is proximity to campus

Great hotel, great location. Indoor swimming pool is a great asset. Location unbeatable for CSU visitors.

We made a late online booking and everything was ready when we arrived an hour later. The room and facilities were great. The swimming pool was a bonus. The location in the center of town and across from the CSU campus is perfect.

We stayed two nights at this hotel and had a great time in spite of weather and transportation issues. The rooms were comfy and quiet with full temp control. The voicemail light kept blinking but we smply ignored it and was no bother.. The pool, hot tub and workout area were a nice addition to the property. Breakfast was effiecient and worked well for our group. For folks visiting CSU this is a good choice. Notably helpful staff and shuttle service.

My brief stay in Fort Collins (over a weekend), was overall good. My one warning is that this hotel was very noisy. We had a first floor room and between people staying above us, construction in a room 2 doors down, and foot traffic (I'm guessing from the college), our stay was loud, to say the least. The room did come with complimentary ear plugs, so I'm guessing this has come up before. But still, difficult to sleep. Other than that, though, everybody was very nice. Amenities were great with a refrigerator and microwave in room. Indoor pool and hot tub were also a nice add-on.

Great value for the money. Very nice beds! I'd stay again.

Great place for a CSU parent! The room was clean and warm. Good breakfast.
