I realize that covid-19 has affected a lot of things. I just didn't feel the room was as clean as it should have been. The bed I slept in was barely made. The bathroom definitely needed some attention.

It’s one hour away from Rocky Mountain NP and Denver. I found many nice restaurants nearby, but we went to Denver for dinner. The breakfast is very simple. I saw two staffs who are preparing the breakfast did wear masks when the sign says it’s required in the building.

Typical 2 star, did have ice, congested parking, people living in vehicles in area

The room was clean enough that I didn't hate staying there.

You get exactly what is promised. It's a clean, safe and friendly place in a boring location (although there's a decent Mexican restaurant next door) and without much in terms of amenities. But that's exactly what I expected. I didn't try the breakfast, but I know it was available. Plenty of parking. Easy access to I-25. Easy to find. My room had a fridge and a microwave and a TV with about 40 channels. All good. If you just need a place to rest, then its perfect.

Attendant was helpful when we arrived late. Room was over all good as expected.

5 stars very good staff very clean rooms with breakfast included and very quite rooms i rebooked 2 more nites here.

We were very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of our room. We noticed that the hallways and stairs were not very clean. We felt this took away from the hotels cleanliness. As we were very happy with our room we could of been put off by the lack of care in the halls and maybe thought our room might not be clean either.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Overall the stay was great.

The hot tub area smelled like dirty man socks. Our room was not as clean as we expected it should be.

The room was very clean and nice. We were impressed that there was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The staff was very friendly.

We had two rooms, both rooms smelled bad. My friends room smelled like urine so bad that we ended up having to share a room. Believe they tried airing the rooms out, cause upon arrival, the windows were open. Did not get refund for the one room. Would not stay again

Hotel is not fancy, but it was clean and rooms had been nicely remodeled. Breakfast in the morning was basic with Belgium waffles, two kinds of cereal, toast, yogurt, and fruit.

Extremely friendly staff, clean and comfortable room
