I never like above ground (Disabled) . But they said they were all full.

This was one of the most cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Yes there were some detail aspects when it came to cleanliness, but they were very minor. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be staying here again if I am in town.

We were disappointed in this hotel, we expected a better experience from a Hilton Garden Inn. During our five day stay, two times our room was not cleaned, towels and consumables restocked, etc. Overall experience was sub-par for what we expected from a Hilton Garden Inn.

The stay at the hilton garden inn was to be expected

We stood in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting to check in while the only attendant had trouble with the person in front of us. When we finally got our key and got to the room there was hair all over the toilet seat. The bathroom floor was not clean and there were small rocks on the floor in front of the bedroom window. We were supposed to have the adjustable beds but didn't and found that the mattresses appeared old and stained in searching for the dial on the beds. Upon leaving we greeted housekeeping with a friendly good morning and she just gave us a disgusted look. Although there are many Spanish speaking staff here I know this woman spoke English as we heard her talking to a coworker just moments before. Had to wait at the front desk to checkout as there was nobody attending to the desk at all.

The hotel was very clean. The hotel staff was very nice and gracious. The only complaint I had was the beds are hard.

We stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn in the middle of a lengthy trip. We fully appreciated the helpful staff, spacious , clean and comfortable room, and the location. It was an easy and quick drive into old town and lots of commercial areas closeby.

Excellent place to stay. Not the cheapest, but certainly worth the money.

The facility was very clean and very nice. The staff was great. Would stay again for sure.

Had a few long hairs in the shower. Found a random earring in the room. Wasn't as clean as it's neighbor.

We chose this hotel for the adjustable beds, unfortunately our bed was broken and I woke up with a very sore back. When I told the manager the next morning he could have cared less. Too bad because the rest of the hotel was decent. I will still stay at Hilton, just not this one.

The location of the hotel is great. It's right across the street from a shopping center with lots of familiar stores and eateries. There are also some local eateries that one can enjoy. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was set up nicely. Guests are able to choose from a variety of coffee and tea choices. The standard room was pretty comfy and clean. The housekeeping staff leaves daily notes to let you know who serviced your room. My only "complaint" is that the mattress was too firm and that the bed made noises every time I moved. The frame probably needed to be tightened. I would stay here again, though.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Fort Collins Colorado was great. Room was very clean and comfortable and the amenities were nice also, heated pool and gym. Price was good and we really enjoyed our 3 day stay. Thanks

The hotel was right next to the conference that I attended and it was perfect for what I needed. It was a business trip and my needs were very simple. A place to shower, sleep and go to the meeting. The hotel room was spacious, there was complimentary internet (which was great), clean and well maintained.

Hotel is newer, clean comfortable and well-situated though several miles from the interstate. A corporate crowd was obvious as the hotel is located near several office complexes and well-known companies. There was plenty to eat (I recommend Austin's American Grill just a short walk across the parking lot) and shopping available at a mall across the street. A delightful choice. We'd definitely stay again!

Visiting Fort Collins for orientation at CSU. A bit further away from the university, but in the end the daily transit taught us about the layout of the city, everything was a solid decision to stay there

Was great, but get rid of the styro plates for breakfast, the bagels melt them from the toaster and so does the waffles. Exercise room needs help!!

The hotel was great. Kept nice. Room had everyhting I needed. Sounds dumb but premium soaps and lotions in the room. Just dont waste your time eating at the grill there. I ate there because it was easy with the two kids and being so cold out, BUT both nights we had dinner they messed up our orders. The service is bad, the food tastes cheap, "better off even at like a TGIF type place". Our breakfast exp was pretty bad. If I order pancakes for two children sitting kitty corner from each other across the table dont bring all of there food on 1 plate. What was that girl thinking. Two kids, Two plates DUH. I gave up and went to get my own coffee and get the kids drinks on my own because the girl didn't even have the sense to ask we we needed drinks even though I had a cast on my leg and couldn't really walk. Too bad because it ruined an otherwise good hotel. I just will never eat there if I return. I travel to Ft. Collins often so we will see. Really though a guy with a cast and you are going to make him get his own drinks?????? The Pool was very clean and warm and I love the heated smoking gazebo just out the main back door. The manager was very polite. Love the hotel for Ft. Collins. Hate the in hotel dinning.

ALL ASPECTS FROM THE ROOMS TO THE EMPLOYESS WERE SUPERIOR.

Perfect. Reasonably priced, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms.
