Great location, quiet, comfortable, very friendly staff!

I loved everything except our room. Was a handicap room. Tub was hard to climb in and out of. I think they should have asked us if this was okay before giving it to us. We didn't feel like moving once we got there. Other than that, staff was super nice! Food was great. Pool was nice. Location was perfect. Would definitely go back.

Bed was saggy, air conditioner produced a foul odor and noise from pool area echoed into the rooms late into the night.

I would rate this hotel a C+. Nothing special. I think my review says it all !

I enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Centric. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The scale of the furniture was a little odd - everything felt slightly too big despite the room's large size. But that's small potatoes. Overall, it was great. Loved the location which was a short walk to everything in Key West yet felt tucked away and private - I loved especially the little raft anchored to the shore where we sat on lounge chairs floating around for hours. It's a tiny bit used around the edges - not perfect condition - but very close. Absolutely would recommend someone to stay here.

Staff very well trained, great bar happy hour, swim in the ocean, does not charge extra for self parking, free coffee starting at 7am, free newspapers, great room, super location next to Duval Street and Marina, happy bell men and front deck people. Stayed there for 6 days and never had to take my car anywhere. What's not to like!

Great place to stay! Spacious clean room, friendly staff, nice hotel grounds, great location! Deck is small but spacious enough for two. Bar and restaurant were both nice with ocean views. Lots of amenities!

This was a very restful vacation for my wife and me. The hotel was near the center of everything on the water and many restaurants. It was within walking distance to a lot of other sights. The only unfavorable thing was that we could not see the sunset from our first floor on the water balcony but we could walk to Sunset Celebration Park. We would stay there again. The place was nice for children. Max pool depth 4' 6.

Good location but not impressed by the hotel itself.

My husband and I stayed here for our 5th Wedding Anniversary. We have never stayed at a hotel that was this clean, welcoming, and quiet before. The hotel gave us an upgraded room upon arrival at no charge. The bar staff was amazing. We loved Kasia. She found out it was our anniversary on this past Friday and sent us a very welcoming gift to our room. Jordan and Carly were also wonderful. If I had to write any cons it was Xavier. We were told we would be helping him out if we saw a Hyatt Residence that they would provide transportation to and from. That they only needed 90 minutes of our time. Now mind you it took us over a year to save for this vacation, and it was our anniversary so when we said not this time he became a little pushy. Since we only had contact with him once I didn't want to give this hotel any lower of a rating, I just wish we didn't have to deal with it since we deal with enough telemarketers at home. The Hyatt was a wonderful hotel and if we are able, we would really love to come back every year for our Anniversary.

outstanding hotel , rooms very clean , great staff,great location,outstanding trip ,

The Hyatt is a great location with a lot of things to do that are close by, in walking distance. There are very few hotels that have a beach and access to the gulf. The staff was very nice and accommodating to all request. Fred and John great bartenders!

My husband and I decided to go for our first time to key west and we were really impressed. The place and the Hotel were amazing. This hotel also offers excursions like the wave runners and the snorkeling and for us, they are 100 recommended though! Overall, if you want to go to key west, this is the perfect place to stay there.

My wife and I been to this resort twice and we really enjoyed our stay. The Hyatt Key West Resort has a lot to offer and the staff was outstanding. If we needed something they took care of the issue promptly and never made you feel like it was a inconvenience to them. They take care of you the customer as it should be and bend over backwards to unsure you are happy. The price may not fit everyone's budget but if paying extra ensures you get good staff then it is worth it.

Great location and our room had a fantastic view out to the water and pool area. The staff was wonderful and very kind to us. The scooter rental people were great to and right in the hotel parking lot.

My wife and I decided to spend 8 days in one of our favorite places, Key West, Florida. We like to stay close to Mallory Pier, to see the street people and to watch the wonderful sunset. The Hyatt Key West Resort, is in a perfect location and the hotel was recently remodeled. There are several small beaches on the property where you can cool off in the water of the Gulf of Mexico. We would recommend staying at this hotel.

Hotel is located very close to all Duval Street and A&B Marina activities, all within walking distance. Hotel and staff were delightful. We did not eat at the hotel due to so many other options nearby although friends had Breakfast and said it was yummy. Any type of 'water activity' is accessible directly at the hotel docks. Pool was nice but primarily only 9am to 2pm sunshine was a negative. This is probably not a big issue during warmer months. I would not recommend bringing any young children to Key West, especially in the Duval Street area. This area is for Adults and should be treated accordingly.

this was a great all round place to be and the hotel complimented the experience. looking forward to a return trip

Very good customer service. We were close to mostly everything. Walk to most. Can easily rent watersports right on the back side of hotel or walk down boardwalk for more options. I would defiantly stay here again when I come back to Key West. Wife was happy and that is all you can ask. One knock was hot tub wasn't hot it was more warm. Also, this time of year was perfect right before it got really crowded and weather was perfect the whole time. I was there 4 days 4 nights. -Christopher

The hotel was nice and the staff were all extremely friendly. For a 5-star hotel though, the TP holder was falling off the wall in our room, as well as the guest bathroom downstairs by the pool area. At $300 plus per night, they should be able to afford to fix those small types of things. I personally will not stay there again, but will go back to the Southern Most hotel. The location is great though if you don't want to walk very much to get to everything on Duval and Mallory Square
