Bright apartment on the first floor, without lift, of a typical Florentine building located in a strategic area of the historic center close to the major tourist attractions. The property consists of four spacious bedrooms, two of which are doubles, one triple and one single, two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a living room with both a small balcony. Wifi connection and washing machine available. A set of towels and bed linen is available for each guest. The apartment is located in a limited traffic area, it is advisable to park in a private garage.
Service limitation: The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
