We had a wonderful stay during Christmas. Our flight was cancelled and we didn’t get in until the next morning but the staff was so accommodating and able to get us in our room right away. The room was lovely and even though we were there during a busy time, once the windows were closed, the room was pretty quiet. If we ever find ourselves in Florence again, we’ll definitely stay here.

Amazing expansive, beautify designed room with incedible details. Truly a sight to see and as comfortable as it was stunning. Large beautiful marble wall and floor bathroom. The entire hotel was simply amazing. The staff was perfect. Everyone was incedibly helpful and a delight to interact with. The lobby staff gave us some incredible recommendations for dinner at Osterias locals enjoy. Best steak I've ever had. We cant wait to come back.
