Romantic and cosy mezzanine in the heart of Florence: a few steps from the Duomo, Piazza della Repubblica and the renowned shopping street Via Tornabuoni.   This apartment, recently renovated, is located in a building of great historical value, Palazzo Ricci-Altoviti, a few steps from the main tourist attractions, in the heart of the city center and the shopping area.It's a two-room apartment composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (single beds option available), a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower.                                  
It is equipped with Wi-fi, TV and washing machine. Central location, ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
