The lady working here is nice... but rooms are on 5th floor and ELEVATOR BROKE trapping us upstairs first night! The shower was tiny leaked water... not lots of space but beautiful view. Gets stars mostly for the excellent location.

Right in the beating heart of Florence, and amazingly quiet for that. We stayed for 3 nights and this was a great location from which to base our exploration. The staff was friendly and spoke fluent English. The room was beautiful, lacking only a beautiful view of Florence (our room looked out on the roof and little else, but that wasn't a huge deal for us). Air conditioning worked well and was a blessing...

The location was perfect, situated in the heart of the designer shopping area and close to all the tourist attractions. The room was a very good size and we had a terrace which was well worth having to get the outside space for a drink or just to take in the location. The small kitchen area with mini bar and coffee machine was very useful. The only downside was our arrival when the lady on reception said we didn’t have a booking which we did so a slight moment of panic which could have been avoided. Overall I would thoroughly recommend.
