Best place in Florence, location, staff very helpful. Room was great and very clean. Bathroom also very nice. Air conditioned and mini bar. Nespresso coffee machine is highly appreciated. A great experience. Definetly will come back.

Ideal location in the heart of Florence, near from the Pontevecchio bridge as well as the Duomo. Exceptional and personalized welcome. Warm staff with special attention to our wedding anniversary. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area.

We stayed in the Palazzo Strozzi Suite with two terraces, a king bed and a sofa bed, small kitchen, well stocked bathroom and daily cleaning of the suite. The description online is accurate. The suites are located dated in the 5th floor (via elevator). Lovely location, lovely suite and great owner/staff who were very nice. They helped us to print tickets and provided guidance to websites, restaurant reservations, taxis, etc. They could not have been more accommodating. We will return to Florence again and we will staff here. Wifi was very good. Also, the building / suites are very secure and safe.

We (a family of four) stayed in the Alamanni Suite for a week in April 2017. It was perfect for us -- a very nice suite in a perfect location. The property has been renovated recently and the bathroom and other rooms are in nice condition and are tastefully decorated. Two large wardrobes were available in the hallway and allowed us to unpack and keep our clothes and the suite tidy. The bathroom is large and has a rain shower as well as a handheld shower. The beds were nice and comfortable. Although they were perhaps a little bit firm for our tastes, I understand that since this is a property which is used by people of all kinds of builds it is difficult to have the perfect mattress for everyone. There are sliding doors between the bedrooms and the kitchen which allows for some privacy if desired. The kitchen is a nice extra, and is pretty well equipped. We only used it to cook some breakfast however, as we wanted to sample the local cuisine! The location is great -- within walking distance from pretty much all the sights and boutiques/shops. The only caveat is that since some suites face the Via Dei Tornabuoni and the windows are not soundproof it can get somewhat loud from time to time as there are delivery trucks in the morning, as well as police and revelers in the street. So it may be a good idea to bring some ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise. The staff was also great, and helped us make reservations for some great restaurants and were happy to offer advice and chat about Florence. They did say they were considering changing the windows to reduce the noise levels, so perhaps in the near future our only small negative above is no longer applicable. Overall we were super happy with our suite and enjoyed our stay in Florence immensely!

What a treat! The suite was the best location in the city! The apartment provided the privacy we wanted, security(felt tucked away), and convenience of close proximity to the train station and walking distance to everything we wanted to visit. The apartment had a separate bedroom, kitchenette, dining table, a fold out sofa bed for our teenage daughter, and a very large terrace(although too hot to experience). The bathroom was European tight, but clean. Remember, this is an apartment, without the luxury of room service/restaurant, but the accommodations provided us with a European breakfast a very unique bar directly across the street - unique ambiance with an internal courtyard. Delicious food and great wait staff. We will seek this location out for a future stay.

The Tornabuoni Suites are an outstanding choice while staying in Florence. It is a perfect location on the quiet and beautiful shopping street Via Tornabuoni. The Suites are inside a restored palazzo and there are stairs and a lift to take you up to the suites. It is a secure and private entrance, so very safe. The owner, Allesandra, is wonderful and has done a marvelous job decorating the suites in neutral tones of gray and while, using gorgeous fixtures, textiles, linens and furniture. Our suite had a separate bedroom and a small kitchenette. There were huge windows looking out over the rooftops of the city with plenty of light. There is a large dining table in the main room and a fold out bed, so the apartment would probably sleep up to 4 people. The bed in the bedroom was amazingly comfortable. The only downside is the one bathroom. While it is beautiful, the shower was very small and the room got extremely hot, with no ventilation. I think it is the water heater over the door that was heating the room. I'm sure that could be fixed if you notified Allesandra. Since we were there only one night, we did not complain. It was a very affordable and yet luxurious option in a city that could be usually very expensive for accommodations of this type. I would highly recommend this small boutiquey hotel when in Florence. Grazie!!!!

A good choice for a family with two kids. It was a pleasant stay in a modern good looking apartment with a pleasant staff. Kitchen zone was quite handy and enough for home made breakfasts and quick lunches. Location was perfect.

We stayed at the Tornabuoni Suites as a family of 4 in March 2017 and were so happy we did! It was the perfect location for my husband and I and our two teenagers. We made use of the kitchen for breakfasts and before dinner appetizers. The suite was clean and had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

I booked 2 nights with my boyfriend at the Tornabuoni suites in florence but decided to stay an extra night because the property was just simply fantastic. All the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming the rooms were clean and cozy. Especially appreciated the size of the suites giving the fact that we were in a central location in the city. We will definitely stay with Alessandra again, who made us feel at home away from home. Lucy & Marc
