Loved our stay here! The location is amazing, walking distance to EVERYTHING. The staff is so incredible, helped us get our very heavy luggage up the stairs, provided a map and spent time with us marking out all the best places to go nearby. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and it seemed to be recently remodeled. We arrived earlier than check in time and were able to leave our luggages. The room is about a 10 minute walk to the duomo. The area is quiet and still has a lot of restaurants/shopping around.

Highly recommend. Very central location, very nice staff, and rooms are very modern and well maintained. If they had a laundry service it would have made it perfect. Note that there is a flight of stairs that you need to climb to get to the front desk and rooms, so if that is a problem you may want to consider something else. The location is definitely one of its best features—there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and stores just steps away, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area. The room itself was quite basic, but clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. While it didn’t have many extras, it provided everything I needed.

Hotel reception was extremely helpful carrying my luggage up and down the stairs and directing me around the city. They were also very good to reply to emails.
