This is the kind of property that is listed as a “hidden gem”. It’s not on a Main Street, but is so increasingly central. The room was beautifully done and we slept like kings. The staff went the extra mile and that was really appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again!! Perfectly situated for walkable Florence, and the attendant. Aldo, was fantastic - he even took pity of these tired travelers and carried our backpacks up and down the three flights of stairs! The location was well marked, tho sort of a rabbit warren of a neighborhood which only added to the charm. The space itself was clean, well organized and efficient. Oh and they kept our bags post-checkout which allowed us several hours of easy adventuring before our departure. Florence is a fabulous walkable city and this property is in the middle of everything. I’m happy to recommend it to fellow travelers!
