We visited Florence, Alabama with my son’s baseball team for a tournament. We are Hilton members so we always stay in a Hilton property. We reserved the king suite for 2 nights. The first night went fantastic. The room was perfect for our family. The 2nd night apparently was prom night and the hotel had chosen to rent out a room for after prom partying and that’s exactly what was happening. I called the front desk around 11pm. My husband had just come up from the lobby and said that there was a gentleman already at the front desk complaining. After my initial call things quieted down until 2am. At this time there was a group of people out in the hallway going in and out of the party room directly across from our room. At one point someone fell into our room door waking up my son. I called for a 2nd time. I was again told that they would take care of it. My family listened to the partying for a while longer after the hotel employee made contact with them. I called one final time to alert the hotel if they did not handle this situation I would contact the local authorities and have them handle it. FINALLY, they said they would evict them. Upon check out this morning I made contact with the front desk to discuss their policy regarding parties in their hotel and how many calls did it take before a guest was evicted. I should have never had to initiate that conversation. The hotel employee should have expressed their sincere apologies and comped our room. None of that happened. The attendant at the front desk said the night employee should have comped our room. Really? No joke, but she still didn’t bother to do so. I have to believe this isn’t up to Hilton brand standards. May be time to take our business elsewhere.

Hotel and Staff are great. Felt right at home! Was there for a college golf tournament in Muscle Shoals. Location of hotel was great and the facilities looked very nice and well kept. I would recommend this to everyone.

The hotel was reasonably satisfying. However, there were a few minor issues. Parking is limited, possibly due to construction adjacent to property & this may be a popular spot for fisherman as there were quite a few boats in the parking lot.

The staff was great, as was the cleanliness of the rooms. The continental breakfast was surprisingly good, with scrambled eggs and either bacon or sausage. The waffles were also very tasty. However, the sheets were worn out, and the fitted sheet's elastic no longer worked. We repeatedly were awakened during the night by the fitted sheet no longer on the mattress, having to remake the bed each time. A member of the staff told us new sheets had been ordered, so maybe this issue will be fixed soon.

The rooms were clean and quiet. No loud highway next to the hotel. The hotel is close to Downtown Florence with lots of great restaurants to choose from. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Standard Hampton Breakfast selections with include great coffee.

Very clean establishment, one of the best breakfast we have had at a Hampton, Staff was courteous and very helpful. Everyone took their time to help us with any question or request we had. Very comfortable, safe, clean environment.

Nice room and friendly staff. The hotel is located within walking distance of most businesses downtown. Room was clean and the staff was more than eager to assist with any issues that I presented. Highly recommend.

We stayed one night last weekend on a quick getaway. There is construction going on in the front of the property so there is no beautiful green yard like the website shows - not a deal breaker. What is a deal breaker is that I paid $126 for one night and that was too much. 1. The AC in the lobby was not working. It was 78 degrees and stuffy when we checked in. 2. Bed was lumpy. 3. One of the side lamps did not work. 4. People and especially their children who were booked in the rooms near us were loud. 5. Breakfast was not that great, watery eggs, no regular coffee was available or creamer, I told one of the breakfast workers that it was out and she looked at me like I was the Devil. My husband and I promptly left the breakfast area and did not finish our meal and went to Waffle House. 6. Asked to get a printout of my charges and the front desk lady asked how it was and I said the bed was lumpy - no response. At that point I was not going to say anything further b/c clearly she was worried about the pool that was not working..........We won't stay there again.

My husband and I loved staying at this Hampton Inn. The location is awesome, very close to downtown shopping, restaurants, and bars. We also had a glimpse of the river from our room. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The white sheets had stains, the bathroom is out of the 1980s (not in a cool retro way) and the service is lacking. The prices are out of balance for the condition of the hotel and the quality of the rooms. Bonus, they do have a gym and self-service laundry facility on property.
