I travel a LOT for business and it can be hard. Staying at a place that makes me feel as comfortable as I am at home is rare. This was about as close as it gets. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. Lots of room to move around. Gym was great and pool area was clean and relaxing. Staff was incredible and made me feel at home. So pleasant. An excellent place to stay regardless of your reason for traveling. WiFi did ebb and flow depending on time. There were predictable times when it would slow, especially at night, but still decent speed. Was able to stream and do work with no hindrances.

The staff was very very friendly and the week that I stay there, my room was always welcoming to me. Breakfast staff was always very helpful, coffee was always fresh, walking distance to many restaurants

We really enjoyed this Hampton Inn. The location is ideal to walk to some very great restaurants. The property is very clean and has been updated. The on-site staff was excellent, they went over and beyond to be sure we were comfortable. The breakfast food was also very good and was well staffed.

This hotel goes above and beyond to make certain that your every need is met. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is excellent and served in a very comfortable and clean dining room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool seemed smaller than the pictures show it to be. The hot tub was not quite hot enough. Clean lobby, rooms. Elevator was slow and had a broken handrail inside, but it was fixed promptly. The beds seemed firmer than other Hamptons where I've stayed before. The duvets need replacing as mine was very lumpy. Our room had a desk, tv stand and storage which is good for the business traveler, but they were stationary and we like to play board games, so a small folding table would have been nice. The fridge is located under the tv stand and wasn't easy to open without scrapping your hand The breakfast bar was adequate but not as much variety as at other Hamptons. It was quiet and centrally located for our purpose.

We were in the area to visit relatives and recreation. Based on many positive reviews we chose the Hampton Inn downtown. Check in was easy with no hassle. Our room had two queen beds, which were comfortable, and had plenty of pillows. The room was on the small size but had all the amenities needed. A few extra nice features were charging station for mobile devices, and two large ottomans on casters. These were great for suitcases, extra seating etc and rolled easily under the tv stand when not in use. A few pieces of furniture showed damage such as discoloration on the desktop and chipped wood on the bathroom vanity but nothing major. The bathroom was large, clean, with plenty of towels. Looking out the room window there was a DQ. To the left was a nice view of the awesome bridge over the river. Breakfast in the lounge area was tasty, fresh, with many choices. Sausage, eggs, danishes, fresh fruit, cereals, and make yourself waffle station, coffee station with both regular and decaf. The hotel is only a few blocks from the cute downtown area with shops and restaurants. Walking is certainly an option but we chose to drive there for an early dinner. Checkout was easy with no hassles. The hotel was adequate for a quick stay in Florence.

I was wih a group playing RTJ Trail golf courses . We stayed 4 nights at Hampton Inns for the quality of rest, breakfast, bottled water we were given in the AM as we headed out TOP NOTCH !! We'll use Hampton Inns on our next golfing trip

Very clean, polite staff, love the good breakfast. Morning coffe is fantastic. We had 6 of us in a group golfing nearby at the RTJ course and this hotel,is so,easy to get in and out. A short walk to,a few really neat local restrauants that have good, local food.

We have stayed at this location several times and have always had a good experience. It is perfect if you need to visit UNA. Plus Dairy Queen is across the street and close to several local eating establishments

The room staff and service personnel we're very friendly and courteous. Always smiling and ready to be of assistance in any way. That is very rare in today's world I would not hesitate to stay at the Hampton Inn Suites in any way.
