I really enjoyed the house because it was very clean and I appreciate cleanliness when traveling. The AC worked well. About a mile to the center of town. Arno is very close and felt safe walking on the neighborhood.

Spacious with good air conditioning, which was helpful when we were visiting Florence on a day of 38degs hot. Accommodation on the 2nd floor but 2-person lift was available. Everything was very good and functional except for two things. One, bed is of terrible quality. I felt like sleeping on a trampoline, if you are staying over two nights, I recommend you look elsewhere. Two, I was “reminded” of a €90 cleaning fee that I was never briefed of, which I am disputing with Expedia, who are being 10/10 with the help.

The apartment is excellent. 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was perfect for travelling with 2 kids (family of 4). Very clean, well equipped. Windows are old but ok and add some history. Floors, bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. So overall very happy with the stay and would definitely stay again if in Florence another time. Parking at Grand Hôtel Méditerraneo just a few steps away.
