We were never given housekeeping for our entire one week stay. We had to request towels going to the front desk to pick up always given the same excuse “We’re short staffed”. We will never stay here again and have placed a complaint with the Marriott Corporation.

The front staff needs to work on their manners and hospitality The unwillingness to work with us to help celebrate my daughters birthday was absolutely disgusting What was even worse was the disrespect shown to us while we were truing to resolve the issue Will be the last time we ever stay at this facility
The property was Marriot prices but not quality. The room was a little dated, dark and musty smelling. The bed was awful quality. There was also a old mattress propped up against some bushes by the side door. Not very classy for neat 200$ a night.
It was a nice place and very easy to find right off the expressway.
The room needs to be updated. The TVs are small and old
Check in was easy and quick. Room was clean. Shopping convenient. morning staff wasn't as friendly as the evening staff. Thought I would get a friendly good morning but all we got was a glare and no smiles. Disappointed with the morning staff.
Front desk person or manager told me that when someone has a block of rooms reserved that they have the rooms reserved all over the hotel. Until I shamed her into the fact that this hotel was the first hotel in my 30 year history of staying in hotels, this has never happened until this reservation. She then proceeded to give me a handicap room which was fine. What was not fine was the fowl attitude. Second day of reservation no service or towels or soap in the room. But the housekeeper staff person left me a note telling how little work she performed. Other people have many problems of the staff this past weekend.
The hotel is located conviniently for business. Hotel newly refurbished with fresh colors. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We stayed 2nights. The first night at our arrival the bed was so badly done that we had to do it again. the segond day the cleaning was even worse. the bed was just recovered without care and nothing was cleaned including the bathroom. I showed to the cleaning lady the room. They cleaned it again but the room was still dirty. what a disappointment because we had to work in our room. Otherwise this hotel is good. The breakfast could improve and I hope they will check the cleaning.
This hotel is great- clean and beautiful I figured that there should be a fridge and a microwave for that price.
The hotel was fairly easy to get to, and everything was fine but for being short 2 sets of towels for the number in our group. And, when requested, no more were available until morning, when I was told the missing sets would be brought up to our room after some a batch could be laundered. However, this did not happen. It may not be a normal condition however, as they had been very full due to many locals being out of electric power due to an ice storm nearly a week before. The continental breakfast was nice, but the Saturday hours of availability (7-9:30 am) were rather restrictive.
Check in was fast, friendly front desk staff. We arrived late and left in the morning, so there's not much to tell you about amenities. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Very large bathroom for the price of this hotel. Shower had good water flow, which is rare in a hotel. Plenty of parking. No complaints!
The room was great, and the food was a little bit better than other place. over all it was nice.
