We enjoyed our stay, but we were not satisfied with our room. Our balcony view overlooked the employees' parking lot, which was noisy at all times. I've noticed that every time we book a room through Orbitz, we end up with the worst accommodations. We're considering contacting the hotel directly for our next reservation to inquire about pricing.
Additionally, the $500 voucher was misleading. We were only allowed to use $15 or $20 for amenities, which is disappointing and does not align with what was initially promised regarding the voucher.
