Flamingo/Lummus Vacation Packages

INCREDIBLE! The front desk girls are amazing. They were so friendly and held our luggage while we went and explored. They even let us hang out by the pool until our room was ready. Our room was on the 43rd floor and it was so clean and perfect. We loved everything about this hotel. We can’t wait to be back for Ultra Miami 2026. It’s in super close proximity to anything you would want. Only a 7 min walk to the Ultra festival. This hotel is perfect!

Stayed here for 5 nights - they charged a daily resort fee but closed off the pool at 2 PM on NYE for their private event. If you went to the beach they make you go through a long detour through another hotel in order to get back, with lack of clear signage or staff to redirect the traffic, horrible. The maid service on NYE was horrible, didn't provide us with fresh towels or replenish the shampoo/conditiner/body wash. The price you are paying does not justify for the quality of service you are receiving.

Guy at the front desk was helpful - he suggested good place to park the car for $20 per night. The coffee was not the best. The bathroom door wouldn't move! Once you close it, you can't open it anymore, you have to lift it and put it aside. It looks like the door is too high and touches the floor.

The Pelican was fabulous! The staff was amazing and so friendly! Felt very taken care of! Also enjoyed the free happy hour drink and the discounted meals at the restaurant! Highly recommend!!
