Parking:
There is a 2 car garage and a driveway. Combined, they can accommodate 4 cars. Street parking is not allowed, so it's best not to bring more than 4 cars total.

Pets:
Dogs are welcomed but not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please respect the neighborhood and pick up after them outside. I usually allow one small to medium sized dog. Please let me know a bit about your dog at the time of booking.

★ I work very closely with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is prepared to perfection for each new guest. Because of this, an early check in is very rarely an option. If available, it is offered at $25/hour. Arrangements for this cannot be made any sooner than 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Late checkouts are not permitted.

★ For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have 1 external security camera located at the garage/driveway.

★ The HOA does not allow street parking for guests. The garage and driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars, snuggly.

★ There are absolutely NO FIRES allowed in the forest off the back patio. There is a propane firepit on the patio and this is the only place a fire is permitted.
