The property was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and thescenery was terrific. There were also a ccouple of deer in the yard one morning, what a bonus. Itis located in an area that has easy acces the the freeway and also U.s. 89 North. We thought it was and overal great place.

Quiet Getaway

This was perfect for our home base while touring Northern Arizona. So close to town and anything you would need. Place is comfortable and clean!

Very nice , missing a few things that we liked I other properties, a spatula for eggs, also they had a toaster oven but a toaster would have been better. We would stay again .

Pros: The place was clean and quiet, and communication with the host was excellent. Both the bathroom and kitchen were well‑stocked with supplies, and most amenities were in good working condition. Each bedroom and the living room had fans, and even without AC, the nights were comfortably cool. The location was also fantastic—about a 70‑minute drive to the Grand Canyon, 2 hours to Page, and just minutes from Walnut Canyon and other national monuments around Flagstaff.Cons: The shower water initially came out extremely hot, and after one person showered, the next had to wait a few minutes for the temperature to stabilize. The shower in the first bathroom had uneven water pressure, causing a sharp spray from one of the holes.Overall: It was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful vacation home in Flagstaff!

We enjoyed our stay at your vacation property in Flagstaff. It had everything we needed & was very clean!! Great for seniors with no stairs. We didn’t have any issues so didn’t contact the property manager Great location & very quiet area!! Would definitely stay again Thanks!

We really loved the look of this place. It was peaceful and the area was quiet and beautiful. It had a few imperfect parts but all in all would stay here again

Perfect Getaway

Very clean in a wonderful wooded, country club neighborhood with easy access to major roads leading to other destinations and downtown Flagstaff. Great amenities. Would definitely book this home again.

This place was perfect for our needs. It was immaculately clean. The front door and rear sliding door could be opened to let the breeze blow through, which was nice. The view across the street from the balcony was nice as well. We had absolutely nothing to complain about! I would highly recommend this place.

Nice home. Great for elderly folks who need a one story and a shower with handrails.

Easy parking. Good location. 10 min from NAU. Nice furniture. Beds were comfortable and the linens were of good quality.

It was ok for a short stay

This home was ok for 2 nights just to sleep, but it definitely needs some updating. Our bathroom sink didn’t drain well, the towels had a peculiar smell, the bedroom carpet needs to be replaced, etc. But the location was very nice and close to everything we needed.

This is a super spacious 2bed/2bath townhome. It was super clean before we arrived and it provided everything needed to be comfortable. VACASA was very responsive when I had a question or lost the assigned code to the front door.
